Are all the TRXs on the lot orders that no one has been told that delivered? I'm confused as to how we've been given ship dates or told its "in transit" constantly, when there's so many sold orders on the lot waiting to be picked up. Some of us have been waiting since last year and it's kinda crazy how we just get the run around everytime. If there's an imperfection to the truck, the least you can do is let the owner know. Not delay letting them know their order has delivered just to spare the time to quickly fix it.

A lot of these have the paperwork signed and they are ready to be picked up or shipped to the end user. We are not delaying contacting the customer as a part of this process.

@Zach@Granger : I'm hoping mine that is sitting on your lot is going to get this new workflow process before I fly in from Texas. Am I correct in assuming this?

I'm currently discussing finance details with Catelyn. Does this new process add any time needed before pick up?

Yes, it would need to take a little more time to make sure our outside vendor had the time to go over the truck before we deliver it to you.

I took delivery of my TRX yesterday. Trucks condition was fine no scuffs or nothing. I will say Granger has added a bunch more people to handle things since I ordered in November. Probably 75 more of these awaiting delivery on the lot. I went in the office area was treated great , I picked on the gals helping me and that goes along way in breaking the tension. I want everyone on here to cool their jets a bit .. Stop for a minute and put yourselves in their shoes ... try handling 500 or more TRX orders in these times of manufacturing delays and labor issues.
Go order from your local dealership like I did at first , no discount nothing, waited just as long there then the price went up upon delivery . Just my experience..... If we dont like how things are today go vote and change how the country is being run ... then stuff might get back to normal or a more normal.
I personally will do business at Granger Motors again . Great people doing their best !
Go ahead and tear my experience apart there , I could careless just telling about my experience with them.

Nothing. I ended up logging out and back in. Now it just recognizes it but doesn’t go any further than before. Must have been a glitch.
