Man that’s crazy I just found an almost identical screw in my tire. It also wasn’t long enough to actually penetrate and cause a leakSome feedback on @Zach@Granger (tagging for dealership, not Zach as I haven't heard from him)
My transporter and good friend of mine picked up my TRX from Granger today. My truck was at the end with other TRX brethren awaiting delivery.

When he did the walk around he found some interesting scratches and other issues.

We think it was from this "protective" sheet flapping in the wind. It scratched the tail light plastic and paint on both sides.

Then he found this bolt in my tire which he had to basically beg the service dept to check and pull (it didn't go through) They wanted him to wait, saying they had customers waiting in service.............ummm WTF am I???

All this to say I emailed Amanda and the main Granger email and have received no reply. No apology for delivering a damaged vehicle, no help with the tire, nothing. Just crickets. We received a discount on the truck so I assume that comes with a discount in the customer service area as well. They had called me twice days before asking for 10's on the online survey, saying they get in "trouble" if they don't get 10's. So against my better judgement I did this BEFORE taking delivery and that was a mistake. If they fail to own up to the niggles I'll be calling RAM and explain what happened along with the pressured survey tactics. The dates won't match up to the survey and pickup date when damage was found proving my point. I'm done giving companies an inch, they always take a mile. We aren't talking major damage here, but if my detail guy charges me to fix it, I'll be sending granger the bill. I don't see them owning up to it or any of the other trucks there so I'll just let RAM in on the survey BS.
In short, check your shit before you do the survey. He said every truck on that line had damage. - Adam
Hi, I'm planning to order one from you guys but I couldn't pm you.A lot of these have the paperwork signed and they are ready to be picked up or shipped to the end user. We are not delaying contacting the customer as a part of this process.
Yes, it would need to take a little more time to make sure our outside vendor had the time to go over the truck before we deliver it to you.
Where can you see this?
Don’t PM Zach, email [email protected]Hi, I'm planning to order one from you guys but I couldn't pm you.

You’re welcome. He has a team taking orders, working hard to get everyone taken care of.Thank you!
Sorry to read about all your troubles. Did they fill out the dealer survey for you??We just found a dent in my passenger side A post too. I'm just called my PDR guy to fix it today at the shop. This shit is getting old.
Yes, please email pm me and I'll help see what we can do.@Zach@Granger let's say someone put a deposit down for a super duty tremor from you guys... Let's say they are 230ish on the list... Would one be able to move that deposit to a ram/jeep purchase?
Looks great, how much did it cost for Granger to install the power steps?I did not have the delivery issues at Granger that some buyers have posted about. My TRX was showroom new and clean, no scratches, dents, or other blemishes. It was ready to go, pulled out on the side of the building with a full tank of fuel. I was in and out easily after the airport pickup by Granger. The whole experience was a 10 of 10. Zach and team delivered on everything promised with no hassles.
Everyone has occasional problems. In my case, my credit union (unaffiliated with Granger or RAM) sent certified funds by overnight USPS but (surprise!) USPS took seven days to deliver! I arrived one day after the expected payment that had not arrived. Granger said to not sweat it because the credit union had contacted them and said payment was sent. I was not made to feel awkward in the slightest about this. I drove the truck home. Granger waited patiently and the funds arrived several days later.
Granger installed the MOPAR power steps. I installed the Peragon cover.
$2,000 installed including the uconnect flashing.Looks great, how much did it cost for Granger to install the power steps?
