My truck was delivered a week ago Friday. I did my own financing last Friday and just now wrapping up today. Make sure your PPW is correct. I’ve had to have them correct a few things on our title PPW.

I got notified that my truck was there on the 25th and have been talking with finance until the 27th then nothing.

However...I noticed that I got an email from them 40 minutes after my original post today.

I was notified mine landed on the 25th as well and just got the call from finance around lunchtime today.

Anyone else recommend the ceramic and underbody coating. I'm on the fence, any info would help.

I did not have the delivery issues at Granger that some buyers have posted about. My TRX was showroom new and clean, no scratches, dents, or other blemishes. It was ready to go, pulled out on the side of the building with a full tank of fuel. I was in and out easily after the airport pickup by Granger. The whole experience was a 10 of 10. Zach and team delivered on everything promised with no hassles.

Everyone has occasional problems. In my case, my credit union (unaffiliated with Granger or RAM) sent certified funds by overnight USPS but (surprise!) USPS took seven days to deliver! I arrived one day after the expected payment that had not arrived. Granger said to not sweat it because the credit union had contacted them and said payment was sent. I was not made to feel awkward in the slightest about this. I drove the truck home. Granger waited patiently and the funds arrived several days later.

Granger installed the MOPAR power steps. I installed the Peragon cover.

How much did they charge to install the steps?I already have a set but waiting on my truck just need an install price

I asked the other day and he said it was $2k, but that was including the steps. I looked on dealer sites and its around $1600 for just the steps so install is probably between $300-$500

My truck leg from Voltz to Granger is assigned to "MWCA". I emailed Grainger to ask what carrier that is and the response was "Not sure, sorry." Kinda bewildering that they don't know what carrier is assigned to deliver a vehicle to them. Anyone know what carrier that is? Google was no help.

Did you ever find out what carrier MWCA is? That's where my trucks been sitting for who knows how long now.

Looks great, how much did it cost for Granger to install the power steps?

Most the time the dealerships will just throw in the deal before delivery depending on price you paid. The 5 guys I know that had them thrown in paid -3k under to full msrp so the dealership had plenty of money to install. I think power steps cost is usually 400-700 depending on the brand. I’ll have to ask my parts guy this week.

Sorry I don't have these readily available. I'll work on getting some still.
