I just got the same email. After being told by Ram Chat it was delivered and then Granger telling me it was still in transit. I’m not going to get excited until they send me a photo that it’s there.

Timeline:
1/18/2022 - Ordered
2/7/2022 - D1
4/11/2022 - Truck Arrived
4/21/2022 - Picked Up

What made the wait not bother me was ordering and forgetting about the truck immediately.

The team at Granger picked me up from the airport and then had me out of the dealership in about 15-20 minutes.

This was the best purchase experience I have ever had, just be patient and forget about the truck until the Dealership calls you, this will make everything feel faster/better.

Ramchat tells me that it's in the Shipping stage and won't share anymore details. Granger last told me it was in transit with an eta of 4/15-4/27. Haven't heard a thing since until I got that accessory email. Got my own accessories sitting in my house now. Lmao

I hear you and must say I am glad you and others have their truck. The wait is not the hard part...when you order in October and then in February they tell you you have gone D1 with an ETA of 3/26 and all parts have been gathered, it's still all good but then on 3/28 they tell you they don't have the parts and you have gone back to D it starts to suck.
