Its telling when a company of this size has a core system go down for such a long period of time and explains a lot why their whole entire product distribution pipeline is completely FUBAR..... never in my life have I had such a frustrating process buying anything and it not the delays and supply chain issues that are driving the frustration, its the complete incompetency of Ram to manage information and scheduling properly.

My truck leg from Voltz to Granger is assigned to "MWCA". I emailed Grainger to ask what carrier that is and the response was "Not sure, sorry." Kinda bewildering that they don't know what carrier is assigned to deliver a vehicle to them. Anyone know what carrier that is? Google was no help.

Hey @Zach@Granger , Ram chat told me that my TRX was delivered last week (4/12). I haven’t gotten a call from Granger yet so I called a couple days ago (4/18) to confirm if it was delivered and I was routed to voicemail. I left a voicemail and haven’t received a call back so I called again today (4/20) and no one was around to check to see if it was on the lot. I’m wondering if it’s been delivered and if I should be starting to coordinate shipping (to CA). Thank you

Ram Chat just told me truck was delivered. Hopefully it doesn’t take a week to get released. I’d like to get transport set up.

Ramchat just told me my truck has been in the shipping stage for 36 days and to check back next week because after 45 days they will open an inquiry and look into it.... what a sad joke they are.

Lucky bastard. We have been on the same timeline until now. After I saw your post, I checked with Ram chat. They said in shipping with no ETA. Lol even though Granger said this week. Oh well! Keep us posted!

Keep checking as Ram Chat told me no ETA on Tuesday. With their system being down I think they used a lot of canned responses. You very well could still get there this week. Good luck

Just got an email, my RAM Connect APP was activated and linked to my VIN. Truck is paid for and signed for, just waiting on transport next week. I did notice my paperwork said the odometer was at 11miles but the app shows 45 miles on the odometer. @Zach@Granger can you confirm this is from traveling to a gas station and back? The higher octane one...
