Eh, we’re still a ways off but it won’t necessarily be as expensive as it looks. Used 14” screens are all over eBay and prices keep dropping because they aren’t really useful to anyone for retrofitting as of yet. Existing radios can be made to work. Likely the existing 12” bezel could be modified to work as well. Something I’m going to look into more.

For those who want or are starting to try this mod, I have 14" screens and also the bezels. Everything is brand new. When I have time, I will publish some photos in the classifieds section.
Wonder if they will program my cluster if I send it to them. Hummm? Thing is I don't have a spare car sitting around so best case would be to overestimate the miles and take the hit.

What did you say when you called them ?
And did you provide the bcm as so far one dealer said they can do it but want 575$
I just ordered and asked if they would program it but that’s the right price if that’s everything and the only difference is I have good reputation with them they know I’m up to no good lol

I have the bcm I tried ordering it thru them but they would only sell me the one that matches my vin so I tried a diff local dealership and they won’t even do it
What’s the chance you can get me into your dealer to swap/program it ?

when I did mine(a PA dealer I bought the 23 bcm beforehand and scheduled the service. The service guy asked why and I said it will set me up to do changes in the future. It worked. I don’t live in a big city so I don’t know if that played any factor in this.
Does anyone have any info on upgrading the cluster on my 2025 2500? I just read through these threads and don’t see any info about which screens may be compatible/programmable? Or if a special harness can be used. Any info is greatly appreciated!
Not in NJ, but I bought the 23 BCM online and brought it to the dealership and said I had someone tint my truck (which I did) and the BCM got wet (which it didnt) and I was changing it out before it took a shit on me. I said I was going to install it myself but didn't realize it needed to be dealer installed. They didn't ask any other questions.

Just for program /install? I have the part
i think i paid around 250 to have mine installed. It’s been too long to remember exactly but I know it wasn’t around 600. However location can have a lot to do with that pricing.
