I'm 1032; and, chatted with FCA support earlier this morning. They said that it's waiting to be scheduled, but... couldn't give me a status code.

I don’t think any of the dates given by FCA are in stone I think it’s just a basic time frame , they have apparently moved the production line start to tomorrow so that would change any earlier given times in itself I would think . And I wouldn’t bother with the chat line either I talked with them 3 times today and got nowhere, 1st attempt they could not find my order or name or even the dealer I bought from , the other 2 attempts I was told to contact my dealer no matter what the question was . I gave them VON and VIN with my name and address I still got nowhere I was just trying to confirm the info my dealer gave me

Only tracking 156 of 1233 VIN's that been assigned but I do think its odd not 1 has a build date the first week of production

Just got call from dealer again wanted to clarify 10/26 is not my build date but my ship date he said it should arrive 2 to 3 weeks after that . They initially told me 10/26 was build date , crazy this crap is killing me

I was only ever been able to get my VIN from the chat. They wouldn't/couldn't give me a code or build date.

I found chat to be a waste of time personally, I have tried multiple times for answers to simple questions and was always told to contact my dealer

It would be REALLY nice if they'd prioritize based on VIN! With a last 4 of 0296, It would seem I'd be closer to the top. Unfortunately, the dealer I ordered from is a small town dealer in po dunk Minnesota. They are AWESOME to deal with, but I can't imagine their volume is huge by any means. I would have to guess that would push the priority down. The GM there told me the only reason they were even given an allocation this early is because I kept making him harass his regional rep with FCA over the last 4 years for updates, so they KNEW one was sold long before the TRX was even a reality. Longest Xmas eve, indeed!

Spoke to my dealer, he indicated that I should expect my truck by the end of the month or early November. I go back to my early years of crawling under our tree and shaking my gifts in hopes of knowing what might be wrapped inside......am I 6 years old again?

2 different dealers, just uninformed front line sales is all. Its total BS.

That would actually make sense to build those first based on how they are touted as being special as in Launch Edition but who knows. I guess we’ll find out soon enough. If they happen to do black first....well that would be a bonus for me!
