RAM-TRX.com Legend We Lost Bambi Yesterday

Really good guy, truthfully half of the reason I enjoy this board so much was rolling my eyes at a lot of Josh's posts. Funny guy, but also very knowledgeable. RIP brother. This ones for you

Been sipping on the bottle of Crown I opened to toast Bambi and browsing some of his amazing posts. Stumbled on this one .....even though we don't know how he passed, this one made me chuckle and I think HE would as well. What a guy!

All,

You don't know me, but I am Bambi's brother-in-law. Yesterday, Bambi, the Stripper Hunter, died.

Bambi spent a lot of his time here and loved his Ram TRX, as you all no doubt know. You also know that he lived an outsized life and spared no one from a good ribbing. We lost him far too early. But he really did live his life according to the quote in his forum profile: “Only those are fit to live who are not afraid to die.”

If you have any memorable stories of Bambi, from a solid burn to a Raptor owner, which I am, or anything that tells the world just how unique Josh was, please message me. It will bring a smile.

Thanks,
Bambi's Brother

We are all going to miss him. You have our deepest condolences. Will be praying for your family.

It's crazy how a single internet personality can be so impactful. It's a punch of reality to hear this (keep waiting for this to be a troll) and reminds of us all to YOLO

Oh my goodness. I was wondering why he hasn't text me back yet. We started to have a friendly relationship offline and man this is crazy. I can't believe no more Bambi. We was seriously going to do a trophy truck TRX build for the forum and scoping out shops and everything.

RIP Bambi.

Condolences to the family, one of the first posts I read here was Bambi trolling the Raptor guys. Couldn’t help but read all the pages as he just kept going in on them. Enjoyed his posts, his sense of humor and will miss reading his posts. RIP Bambi

Man what a roller coaster of emotions. I always looked forward to @Bambi’s posts, and when I read the title of the thread thought “Oh man. What crazy story are we about to get!”. Expecting some outlandish weekend story where Bambi was “misplaced”. Then as I read the first post, it was in disbelief and kept reading post after post waiting for the punchline. Still doesn’t seem real.

Early on, I was surprised to get my first private conversation with Bambi because the tone was so different from the persona he put forth on the forums. I was touched he had taken the time to reach out to me and unprompted, offered great advice. I expect it was insignificant to him at the time but it meant a great deal to me.

My deepest condolences go out to his family, friends and all who loved him, know that he touched many lives and will be deeply missed by all.

I'm at a complete loss for words! Bambi was such a great, funny, witty guy with a no BS attitude and I respected him greatly! My condolences to his entire family! Rest in peace bud the world won't be the same without you.
