I'm a newbie here, but somehow I went down the rabbit hole and this thread was linked from somewhere else.
Condolences to all the friends and family. Clearly, a man that made an impression on so many and lived more in his short life than many of us will live in ours.
As a veteran, I've lost many friends to addiction, suicide, and high-risk living. I wish I had the answers, but the reality is it's so hard to step into the mind of someone else, even those we think are sharing their deepest thoughts. It hurts to hear of Josh's passing; like reliving so many other passings.
RIP Josh, we'll see you on the high ground.
