Vibration/grinding on takeoff

I have a 2023 TRX and it’s been doing the exact same thing that you were describing. I’ve made videos recording the sound and it’s identical to yours. I brought mine into the dealer. They were able to reproduce it, but not diagnose it. I’m wondering if anyone’s had any definitive diagnosis or fix for the problem
Mine still does it on the 1-2 shift under moderate throttle. Especially when the trans is cold. Haven’t mentioned it to the dealer because I fear I’ll just get the run around. Customer service is terrible, they’ll say they can’t recreate my issue, or if they can they will say it’s “normal operation.” So I guess I’ll just keep driving a trans that I know has a failed B2 clutch and hope it grenades before the 5yr/60k warranty is up.

I just had my transmission replaced on warranty and have not heard the sound since.
Would also be interested to see these records. I’m sure I’ll need all the ammo I can get if I decide to go to the dealer. How long were you without your truck?

Here’s a quick video of the grinding/vibration/“Brrrt” noise on my TRX as it ships from 1st to 2nd gear. It seems to be coming more frequently and is getting a bit louder lately.

Exact same here on my 2022.

Mine is getting worse this winter. Need to take it in but do not even know where to begin explaining it to the dealer.

Mine does it as well. Coming up on 3 years so I am making a list and will be taking it to the dealer. I plan on dropping it off the night before and arranging to take the tech for a drive the next morning when its cold. It has gotten worse over the years. I have complained and nothing came of it. It used to be mainly on turns, but I am noticing it on straight line acceleration as well. Worse in the cold. Typically it will only do it one or two times when cold. Trans temp around 60 or lower and between 2 and 3 k rpms. I have started filming it and capturing the vehicle info temps.

I also have a few another annoying rattles that I want fixed on the 3/36 warranty. So this will be an extended stay most likely.

So I am at the shop now and the weirdest thing happened this morning… I didn’t let the truck warm up like normal and when I let on it into traffic, no sound… it’s 35 degrees ambient outside and it’s happened at 50 ambient… to everyone here, has it happened to you when you didn’t let the engine warm up first? I normally always let the motor get to around 150 (oil) before going but today it was at 100 (it had ran for about 5 minutes or so before I drove it)

Same x2

Welp, that idea about a cold engine too means nothing.. Happened this morning at just under 50% throttle with cold engine and trans. The dealer basically told me that if I made a star case stellantis would drag their feet and I was better off letting my 100,000 dollar truck break because it would obviously be covered under warranty... granted I still have 3 years on my powertrain, but this is clearly a flare up and there's a clutch between first and second that's slipping due to tolerances.

Anyone who has had their transmission replaced: There has to be some sort of star case or information I can share with the dealer to speed this process along. A dealership document of the process they used or the actual star number would be great!

Yeah, it would be awesome to have something official we can take to the dealer about this issue before we receive the inevitable "unable to duplicate" or " that's normal operation."

Wanted to share the video I took of the Tach as i was getting the sound... I'm not an expert, does that seem like a flare up? It feels like a crazy vibration like the clutch between first and second isn't grabbing. I'll be sharing this with Dodge as well as the dealership along with the star case for everyone once it's made.
