So i was actually thinking of a doing a diff drop review at some point. Need to get enough runs under my belt before I can give an honest opinion. We did the diff drop install vid and that was like an unboxing review baked in, but IMO a review of something like that needs to have some wheel time (slow technical and fast whoopy/etc). We'll be at Gulches Jeep badge of honor park next month so we'll probably have enough evidence to give a review afterwards

Everybody in here should consider adding these to their emergency kit, especially those that off-road. It's like carrying a band-aid/1st aid kit for your kid. Damn, sorry man that's not good. Was the cv making any noise before it left the chat? I've started to notice a slight popping noise from the driver front on mine. Have an appointment at the dealer next week because I can't figure out where it's coming from, wondering if it's the CV...

Really no signs, no noise or anything at all. The dealer replaced the front right CV boot at the wheel because it had torn, a few months ago. This time it appears it disconnected from the other end. Ill post a pic or two

Was accelerating after a toll booth, maybe 40mph. Felt like a flat tire in the front right. Pulled over and saw this.. The engine has a bad sound too now, hard to explain but a rattle that i've never heard before. Will update.

If it's a popping noise that you get sometimes when heavy braking or when hitting a bump on driver's side then it's probably same noise we have and @ARInfidel had. He had his fixed via upper control arm & ball joint if memory serves. We're going to try & get that done at some point too.

Holy crap man! That engine sound is probably actually the front diff. There's a real chance your front diff is compromised since your CV grenaded itself. If you dont catch a bad CV in time, it chews up that front diff. Glad ur okay!
