In the meantime, we've got a killer TRX vs. Cyber run vid dropping soon. Every run video we drop is another testament to the diff drop still keeping things happy lol! I almost dropped that vid today i'm so excited haha. Next couple days it'll go live so stay tuned 🤟🤟

Quick question.

About to make warranty claim for new CVs and I have a lift from eibach springs.

Has anyone been denied in the past?

I read anything 3 inches and lower is covered.

Thanks
Did you see this in writing somewhere that they allow up to 3 inches of lift for warranty purposes?

GUESS WHAT guys?! So recently we heard that Wragth had to raise prices on the infamous TRX diff drop kits b/c customs & import duties/fees from Australia were killing them, but we reached out and were able to get a discount code for you guys! Use this code to save some coin: FULLTHROTTLERICK

If you're stock then I'd say maybe yes but if you're lifted at all then sounds like the ideal setup to me
Yea I have the Eibach Pro so 2.7 in the front with 37x13.5 so I might have to.

Almost 5k for this setup but I guess you won’t have to worry about the axles after this. When you start thinking what else you can mod for 5k lol 🤪

Have you tested the diff drop? I ended up purchasing it hasn’t come in yet.
Just got back from a place that’s flattest ground looks like this. We’ve done high speed and low speed full flex with 0 issues since diff drop. And we have no front sway bar so that puts even more stress on the CVs.

Hopefully u used our code/link to save a few sheckles!

Yes I did! Saving is savings, thank you!

Just FYI for anyone researching this issue like me right now. The 53011128AG part number appears to have been replaced by 68679812AA. It also looks like it is the same part for both driver and passenger sides.

So after about 7k miles on the Rogue RCV axles, 0 off-roading, and a few 0-60 launches the band tensioner on the upper boot got loose on both sides. There’s grease coming out and the boot is sliding up the axles. there’s also an audible clicking noise when reversing with the steering wheel turned.

Currently on vacation 700 miles away from home, hopefully I can make it back without issue.

Wish I would have went with the diff drop after seeing the success some of you are having.

Pretty disappointing but hopefully RCV will warranty them and figure out what went wrong and strengthen them.

Dang man thats totally unacceptable IMO. Even if u were offroading jeeze. From a guy who hobbled home about 200 miles with a completely exploded CV axle …once all of the ball bearings fall out, It’s a much quieter ride 🤣

That sucks I had higher hopes for the RCVs, with that being said they have a no questions asked warranty policy. Although I suspect they’ll want to understand why their axles failed.

Aww hell no! Not at that ridiculous price!

I feel ripped off a bit 😭 but also understand I was part of the first batch of customers to receive the RCV axles.

Bought a diff drop and have my old axles laying around. If the diff drop works out I’ll be putting the RCV’s up for sale.

@FULLTHROTTLERICK do you have any performance mods done on your truck? I’m pushing around 1k HP (ported snout, 108m TB, long tube headers, mmx custom grind cam, 2.75 upper, 10% lower, and e85).

Not sure if that would even be a “breaking” factor to consider with the diff drop and oem axles.

I would too. That doesnt sound like a you (or your kick-ass setup) problem - it sounds like a testing/manufacturing problem which is 100% uncool. How long were they "testing" those axles before they were released - like forever!!

We've only got the poor-man's "800 package" lol (Predator/S&B/Chiller) but we're lifted and on 38s and occasionally offroad so still pretty rough on the ole CVs.

I'm not sure what the OEM axles can handle but haven't seen any break due to high hp applications. Did you run the 1000 package on the OEM axles?
