Purchased from 797 in a sealed box , hoping that i just messed up some where , I will unmarry the unit and do 3 sleep cycles , you think i may have lost the programming for it ? and it's gone and must go to the dealer for programming it back ?

I wound up unmarrying and start over and all is good ACC works along with cruise , what i did wrong the 1st time i could not tell , but all good and thx

Remove Speed Limiter??

How can we remove Speed Limiter? Further, how can we remove Speed Limiter without voiding warranty? Probably impossible. This thing is too easy to get to 118 (I didn't even try 120 once I felt the limiter kick in.)

but short of it is, trick the truck into thinking it is going slower than it actually is by changing the tire size down. Confirmed it worked this afternoon.

I change my tire size down. To the lowest it would let me 26.05 I belive and now at 60 mph on speedo i am actually going 81mph by my GPS. Love it..but here is the down size. It disable my front and rear parking sensors, which I really do like. Any update that might make the sensors work again other than going back to 35 tire size ??

Have you tried it using AlfaOBD instead? Those Tazers seem to do weird things at times.

When you tested your speed after making the tire size adjustment, did you use a handheld GPS or did you use a GPS app on your phone? If you used a GPS app on your phone, did you disconnect your phone from your truck? If you didn't disconnect your phone from your truck, your GPS app will just read what your speedometer is reading.

I did two different checks .
I used a hand held GPS and I have a friend of mine to follow me with his GMC AT durmmax . My MPH was was 20 mph more that both of our speedo ..I was very happy until I discovered that my front and back parking sensors did not work..
So now I can go faster than the 118 mph but no parking sensors.
I guess I cannot have my cake and eat too!!!!

Got a Tazer DT from Z Automotive for the TRX today. Can’t wait to get the truck delivered so I can start taking advantage of the features of this unit. We use these in all of our Jeep builds and anxious to try out the TRX specific ones.View attachment 19930

It does not at my dealer but if you have any doubts ...just unmarried it plug them back into the gate way and then you are good to go!

No, it does not however a dealership could try to give you some grief. If in doubt, simply unmarry and remove before taking in for service as it does not leave a trace that it was ever there.

Very little experience with it so far, owned it for 6 months and just got around to installing it today but it seemed to work fine for the couple hours I was running it so far. Used it to get around the 118mph limiter for some exciting 140+ mph runs and then did a light show for the kids when I got home!

What setting did you change to go 140+ I bought mine and can’t figure it out

I lower it to 26.06 . That was the lowest size available.
At 60 mph on my on dash speedo I was ahowing 60 mph but my 360 escort show 81 mph . Now I have check it again at 75 showing on speedo and GPS was at 97 mph. So you will be gaining MPH about 20 mph .

Tire size is a RAM issue. The BCM will not calibrate the park sensors to anything above 35". Not a Tazer issue. Tire change feature for Tazer works without any issue in non-park sensor equipped trucks. Until RAM updates the calibration parameters with their park sensors, you will not be able to use them if you change tire size above 35".

The Tazer's are a simple solution to unlocking features that are already in our trucks but disabled for various reasons by RAM. The Tazer can only be as stable as uConnect is and we all know how bad uConnect sucks. Because of this, it can be glitchy at times.

If you are having issues, I will do my best to try and help get it resolved. Just let me know what its doing (or not doing).

Hey, so I changed a couple things I changed my tire size down to 2606 on my 23 ram TRX, and adjusted the amber switch, and a couple rear wheel drive runs, my front and back park sensors are not working I was wondering if I change my tire size back will it come back on?

Also, one more thing it won’t let me change the tire size back to normal for some reason it’ll let me click everything else and move it up and down like the gear ratio but the tire size won’t move back up to 35 inches for me so now my parking sensors are disabled. Is there anyway someone can walk me through on how to fix this

Unmarry the tazor and do 3 sleep cycles it will reset everything back to factory then start over.

Cool man appreciate, how would you do the sleep cycles properly? Is there a specific way I should be doing that?

13k miles my 23 level 2 only issue once in a while the turn camera screen will stay on way after I turn . I normal just pull over and put the car in park and it usual fixes it
