I have considerable experience putting hood decals on Mopar's and I'm sure I could have done it. but it's not simple to get it right and the chance for a screw up is there for anyone.
I echo those same sentiments.I heard from Granger this morning that my 2/7/23 build (VIN) is being moved to 2024 production. Britney also stated that Granger will honor the 2023 pricing (price protection on the 11% discount off of 2023 MSRP I got in Feb.). I am very glad I made the choice to deal with Granger - they feel like a class act!
Yes...that is a true statement. The chance for a screw up is always there for anyone doing anything. Fortunately (at least for me) I don't let that fact prevent me from doing anything myself if I want to. Of course, there are plenty of things I don't want to do myself.I have considerable experience putting hood decals on Mopar's and I'm sure I could have done it. but it's not simple to get it right and the chance for a screw up is there for anyone.
Did you call them first (and they returned your call) or did they called you out of the blue with the good news ???I heard from Granger this morning that my 2/7/23 build (VIN) is being moved to 2024 production. Yes.Something is Stinky, Tim Kuniskis Stinky........How are 2024s being built, but you couldn't order one yet. I don't think they were ever dealer allocated, just Sold Orders...And Blue?
Could there be 2023 Orders that were converted? Are there any people who had 2023's left on order and no progress yet? So sounds like we need some objective information from Eighty, Triple B, Butter?
Waiting........lol
RipATuned driveshaft that went live for pre order today fixes that while also allowing up to 1400lb of torque rating.Drivetrain clunk. Q.E.D.
It’s one of the 10 or so TRXs that were stolen at the end of July/beginning of August from the production lot. That one PN570169 is marked as lost/stolen, so it being a clone and marked as "sold" would make sense. If that's the match
It’s more than likely a stolen 23. They had 10-12 stolen off lot recently from what I was told. All of those, and the remaining 23s, are now rolled over 24s with new VINs.Looks like there's finally another TRX build sheet that isn't for Michigan. One of today's build sheets is for North Carolina, and lists "Sold Vehicle" and "Cloned Vehicle Tracking". Possibly a conversion from 2023?
68 more 2024 TRX Build Sheets found today. 1 more CLONED truck, going to Texas this time. (of PN529719)

same here....2 months in shipping ill take a 24 tooI wouldn't mind getting that call from Granger as well. Only wish they would have let me change the color. $10k to $20k uncharge to get the color I want now.
I don't either, but if you have no experience and ruin one you didn't save any money. or worse yet get it on wonkey and have to get another and get the other off. actually a major reason I got it on the order is when I flew in to Granger and drove it back 1600 miles I wanted it to look like it was finished. I love looking down the hood and seeing that red TRX popping through.
At least you got the OEM one not some JC Wintney add on POS. if you get in on properly it won't be on your sticker but it will be original .
They proactively called me.Did you call them first (and they returned your call) or did they called you out of the blue with the good news ???
Yeah, and almost all of the aftermarket bedside decals I see are crooked. They're following the line of the fender instead of being parallel with the bedrail.Yup, and you still have to install it, and hope you don't F up. Or pay someone to, take the time to do that, and it becomes not worth it. I love my factory decals too.
Factory position doesn't follow either the body line nor the bed rail - although it is much closer to the body line than the rail.Yeah, and almost all of the aftermarket bedside decals I see are crooked. They're following the line of the fender instead of being parallel with the bedrail.
That’s because you’re taking the measurements around the curve of the fender. Stand back from the truck about 50 feet…the decal is parallel with the bed rail. And most of the time you can tell the aftermarket ones when you view the truck from a distance because they look tilted.Factory position doesn't follow either the body line nor the bed rail - although it is much closer to the body line than the rail.
The front of the decal is about 8.25" from the rail and 1.25" below the body line. The rear of the decal is about 7" below the rail and 0.5" below the body line. I say "about" because even the factory decal installation is a bit janky.
Has been like that since atleast 2022I hadn't noticed the "TRX exterior" decals are a $495 option and the "TRX Hood Graphics" is an $895 add on?
What a rape
That is correct, they had already built 63% of all TRX orders as of the 28th, there was only 472 orders left to build at that time. However, since then there have been another 867 orders accepted bringing the total to 1339 today.@tripleB has Ram not been buildings TRXs since 8/28? Figured they would be trying to pump them out with the UAW strike looming next week.
