Placed my order 2 months ago with Koons. They tell me yesterday my order was cancelled because I am labeled fleet, both the company I work for, and ME personally because I’m the CFO and signer WTF! We buy Rams through Enterprise leasing.

Order banks are now closed and to make matters worse I sold my badass 2020 Raptor last week. So Ram, ffff you.

Please help this costumer, he is obviously a long time, dedicated customer. I would hate to see Ram lose his business over this misunderstanding. Plus this entire forum (and most likely other forums) is watching problems like this and watching how Ram resolves them. I mean the guy gave up a Ford Rapture for a TRX!

I mean god, think about how you would feel if this happened to you.

Already spoke to their GSM, only offered to sell me a truck at MSRP.

We bought 16 Ram trucks last year so they flagged me as fleet. (All 16 trucks are still in the construction business, not a “flipper”). Timing was awful because it was literally right when ordering closed for the second time.

You bought 16 trucks for your business? Isn’t that kind of the definition of a “fleet?”

Sir, I have your problem solve . I order a 23 LV 2 and the next day the GM of the dealership said he goof and discovered he had order it his name by mistake and I told NO I wanted the bill sheet to have my name on so he reorder it immediately. I have bought both a 21 and 22 from the same dealership so i told the GM that I would take them both anyway. ETA will be June.
The color is white.
If you want to wait let me know and I tell the GM the dealership is in LA FYI

Ram Cares investigated and said they have no information and that was it. I’m just going to explore other options at this point before deciding what to get. If I am paying sticker there are a lot of real nice other cars out there at that 100k+ mark such as CT5V Blackwing, Escalade, Certified SVR, X5M etc.

I know escalade at MSRP is impossible to get. Not sure about the rest . GL
