I am looking but obviously there is a big difference in price between ordering and buying and I really didn’t want a pano roof. May end up in a Gen 3 and with the money saved upgrade turbos etc but I am just sick of the ecoboost and I am not sure I like them better than the Gen2 I had, color offerings are lame, and quality has gone to shit. Did you have to apply to get a fleet discount though Ram for previous purchases? I ordered my 23 TRX as a "company vehicle" as my family owns a trucking company. We used our tax exempt form as well and no issues on my end.

Getting meaningful responses out of people over there is like pulling teeth. They said to contact a fleet dealer from their generic KoonsBuysCars email they use for TRX ordering. (I don’t even think a TRX could have been ordered from a fleet dealer since it’s not listed in the fleet program).

Well, fuck! But i get the frustration and anger. I would be going APE SHIT on Koons right now.
They should have been diligent enough to determine that RAM would flag it and have you make the necessary adjustments to how it was ordered. I am guessing with the discount dealers, there is a lot of "push orders through now and figure out the details later" occurring.

Are any discount dealers (Granger) building a "wait list" if and when the order banks open again?
I would call and ask, and tell them your situation and get the RAM zone manager involved. Those guys can pull strings at RAM. Good luck!

Well thinking about it, its possible Koons did wait to tell me and Ram rejected it long ago. I emailed asking for my first update to see if it had been scheduled yesterday morning, and got the response back "it was cancelled and they are refunding my deposit".

Call Koons GM and raise hell and demand RAM becomes involved! There is really nothing to loose at this point.
I am certain, if Koons got RAM involved and you could satisfy their concern of not being a "flipper", SOMEONE inside RAM could get the order reinstated. But you have to move fast.

Your dealer dropped the ball you're right to be pizzed.

It's very possible the order books will be reopened again, I'd tell your dealer you want to be the first order they place the second they can, and if they fail you'll biatch slap them. if that doesn't work out you can still find one later and as you say pay more.

Placed my order 2 months ago with Koons. They tell me yesterday my order was cancelled because I am labeled fleet, both the company I work for, and ME personally because I’m the CFO and signer WTF! We buy Rams through Enterprise leasing.

Order banks are now closed and to make matters worse I sold my badass 2020 Raptor last week. So Ram, ffff you.
