Silver, Black, Flame all Finals for $5K off MSRP

Excuse the dumb question on my part, does the FED only preclude CA? Also, How are different trucks of supposedly the same model, not compliant in some states? Again, excuse my ignorance!
slim
No it precludes 14 states that abide by CARB (California emissions standards) which is west coast, Colorado, and everything northeast of Maryland.
those states have more strict emissions regulations that require different "equipment" which in this case is negligible, but enough to so warrant a different sticker.

Understood. Thank you!
@AnthonyRI - I'll be reaching out in a few months time if you have a diamond black or granite final that's good for all 50 states.

Well our plan is to not have any TRX on the lot by then lol. but we did just get a silver in today that is 50 state compliant.

You put that much more politely than I would have...

I would have said, "good luck buddy!"

Looks like I'll have to blame my cosmic misfortune if the stars decide to take a coffee break and there's no supply - just can't pull the trigger before then, unfortunately.

At that point, I suspect you'll likely be taking the leftovers from dealers that were asking too much. If the last TRX's are truly built in the first week of February, and hit the lots in March, anything after that will be few and far between. Unless you buy a good used one.

Look for the catalyst placard on the door sill, under hood, or on radiator fan shroud; it’s vehicle manufacturing dependent. A CA compliant vehicle will specifically say CA compliant. Federal compliance (US EPA regulations) will specifically say EPA complaint.

Thx! I also noticed that the Base MSRP is $850 less on the FED model. Is this how to tell without seeing it in person?

If you know the VIN, you can look up the emissions rating on the build sheet. Most recent TRX's sold for the United States will list "50 state emissions", but some only list "Federal Emissions". See the middle of page 9 in each build sheet:

Federal Emissions example:

Edit: And, fwiw, There's not a standard price difference in the base MSRP. See the window stickers.

There will be hundreds of new ones available. There are around 1100 brand new TRX’s on cars.com alone right now most are 5k off. Best legit deal I know of on a FE was 8k off and right around msrp out door. So deals and inventory are out there you just have to look and play the negotiation game. Stick to your guns and don’t pay any bs fees.

It's hard to read the image you posted, but I think I've got the VINs correct.

First one (50 state emissions), built late December:
Build Sheet: https://www.ramtrucks.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=1C6SRFU90RN192411
Window Sticker: https://www.ramtrucks.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=1C6SRFU90RN192411

Second one (federal emissions), built mid-October:
Build Sheet: https://www.ramtrucks.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=1C6SRFU9XRN158377
Window Sticker: https://www.ramtrucks.com/hostd/windowsticker/getWindowStickerPdf.do?vin=1C6SRFU9XRN158377

If you're asking about the difference in base MSRP, it's because of their build dates. Trucks stickered on or before 11/7/23 had a $95,490 base price. On 11/8, the base MSRP was raised to $96,340.

That's fantastic insights - thank you so much!!

Thanks - you made my day. All is not lost!

lol those guys are definitely doing it backwards they must have missed market adjustment day at stealer school. “ Hey boss there’s thousands of the 90k trucks with $125k msrp’s that no one is ever gonna buy”. “Raise the price $60k act like it’s rare and let’s hope a sucker walks in” lol

I see it differently. Cars.com does have ~ 1,100 new TRXs, but only ~ 571 Final editions. There are indeed a couple handfuls of final editions with pretty darn good discounts from MSRP shown when sorting from lowest to highest price, but a vast majority are listed at or above MSRP.

I visited with Tomball Dodge today. That pink price only comes with "dealer add ons TBD" and you must use Chrysler financing with high rates. They apparently will deal at MSRP with no dealer add ons and access to a better finance rate. There are usually catches with these below MSRP deals, or even MSRP deals in some cases.

That is NOT the case with Mark Dodge. This deal from @AnthonyRI and @SoldOrderLegend is legit and their TT&L fees are pretty much bare minimum per requirements. Good luck to all!
