So, I took my vehicle to the dealership again this morning, to re-do the calibration, with the specific instructions I just posted above.
They were really awesome about it and recalibrated both the ride height and the rebound. They asked me for permission to test drive after they performed the task to see if it would get rid of the code/message.
No bueno.
They came back with the following:

"Upon performing TRX suspension rebound reset found level sensor valves to be concerning with left rear level sensor voltage only being at 0.2612. Will create star case to discuss with Chrysler to confirm if this valve is in normal range"
I told them cool beans, let me know when Stellantis gets back to you. Once I got home, I spent the rest of the day digging into how this system actually works. Eventually, I learned more about the sensors themselves, what they look like, how they’re mounted, and how they’re supposed to be connected.
So I am like let me go check things out with all this wealth of new knowledge lol. Maybe the rod for the sensor is bent like some other folks had.
Tell me what's wrong with this picture

I couldn't believe it. I am almost certain this happened after I had the HD springs installed, because immediately after the install is when I started getting the message. I assumed that when you mess with the suspension, it was common and just had to recalibrate. Not sure if they pop off easily or what, or if it's even part the process (doubt it) and was forgotten to be put back on, but what's crazier is that the dealership handled my truck twice for this ADCM issue in a span of 3 days and didn't notice it.
