I had to go to the dealer and have them recalibrate the suspension
Did this fix the problem? Just wondering if the calibration stuck.I had to go to the dealer and have them recalibrate the suspension
Yes, it did fix the problem. It was a pain in the ass, the dealer was clueless. I literally showed them the steps to recalibrate the truck to include putting it up on the lift. I believe we just did the ride height ADCM.Did this fix the problem? Just wondering if the calibration stuck.
And did you talk to them about needing to have the truck on a lift when performing the recalibration? Also which calibration did you have them do? Rebound (PCM) or Ride Height (ADCM) ? Or both?

You have a link to the procedures by chance?I did PCM recently, and still the same result, but from all my research yesterday, I learned there two re-calibrations, Rebound and Ride Height.
I am going to try to do the Right Height version (ADCM) and see if that yields better/different results.
This is what you want to tell them:You have a link to the procedures by chance?
I know this sounds silly, but have you checked the ride height sensors themselves.I'm so glad I came across this. My dealer has had my truck for 3 months swapping out parts and I picked it up last week with zero results. They changed the PCM, suspension control module and put in a new battery. So today I called my service rep and mentioned if they performed the suspension calibration and rebound reset after all these parts were replaced and he claims they did. I would like to take my truck to a new dealer and have them look at it. Any recommendations for a service shop in Putnam NY or Connecticut?
@Ev_nev_R once you have checked out the sensors, make sure the dealer performs the calibrations this way. Most of them are clueless on the process of how it needs to be done. This is what you want to tell them:
Height Sensor Calibration (ADCM)
- The truck must be sitting on the ground, on a flat and level surface.
- Perform the calibration only at normal ride height, do not lift the vehicle.
- This ensures all sensors read proper resting voltages and prevents incorrect learned values.
TRX Suspension Rebound Reset (PCM)
- The truck must be lifted off the ground with all four wheels fully free-hanging.
- Perform the rebound reset only in this state, it’s the required method for the TRX.
- This allows the system to correctly learn suspension limits and prevents rebound or damping error codes.
Thanks man, really appreciate this. When I get home I'll check those sensors.@Ev_nev_R once you have checked out the sensors, make sure the dealer performs the calibrations this way. Most of them are clueless on the process of how it needs to be done.
So, to recap, all sensors are in good shape, in place, and not bent. You have done both the Height Sensor Calibration (ADCM), and the Rebound Reset (PCM). Replaced PCM, ADCM? (is this what you meant by the suspense module?), and the battery. So sensors all checked out. I stopped by the dealer this morning to show them that recalibration process and they told me that they performed that with no such luck. Is there anything else these guys could be missing? As always thanks for the help.
Yes, all the sensors were connected and intact. Dealer swapped all those parts and attempted the calibration and rebound reset with no luck. They're left clueless why nothing is working. So, to recap, all sensors are in good shape, in place, and not bent. You have done both the Height Sensor Calibration (ADCM), and the Rebound Reset (PCM). Yes, I agree. I was going to ask if they started looking at other suspension areas/parts.If they replaced the ADCM and all the sensors and it's still doing it, they likely need to start looking at the shocks themselves.
