Another forum member told me what to do - can find if search service active dampening but here it is - DON”T push on brake until after the two clicks - get in - push start button twice so it goes to run, wait for the sweep then put in code and wait for two clicks then bush brake and start engine - if push brake before entering code you get the service active dampening code.

Disclaimer: mine was a different scenario than some here, mine would only come on when I went over certain bumps (like railroad tracks/potholes at speed). However I used a combination of Jscan and AlfaOBD to fix my issue, I used Jscan to reset the ADCM module (turned if off and turned it back on) and then I used AlfaOBD to recalibrate the height sensor.
Two things I noticed in my experience, I had my battery unplugged which caused the error like others have had, just doing the height sensor calibration which did nothing. I kept getting the error even after doing the sensor calibration. So I dug deeper and wasn't convinced that the ADCM Module was bad like dealers have told others, I just thought for whatever reason their computers couldn't talk to the modules after losing power.
So I saw the option on JSCAN to turn off the module and turn it back on. I turned it off, turned it on and could get it to "talk" again so then I ran the calibration on AlfaOBD and haven't had the error sense. I do feel like when you run the height calibration you need to have all four tires off the ground because I had all mine down on level ground and feel like they bottom out a bit on some bumps (due to the height calibration being off from ground level during calibration).
Just my theory and no issues yet in my experience other than maybe lifting all the tires off the ground before calibration next time.

For the Jscan I'm guessing you needed to buy the licensed version?

Well I don't have Ravelco, IGLA and Compustar but I don't see how they would be effecting the Active Dampening Control Module. I don't think it would hurt to run JSCAN and Alfa to reset the module while you have your security installed, so I don't see how they can't get the module to talk with them installed.
I think dealers are replacing perfectly good modules from what I have read on the forums and thus why there was a shortage of the modules. I essentially turned it off and turned it back on and then calibrated it. A SGW Bypass, an OBD Link ans both programs were all fairly cheap. My vote is go for it, as you don't have anything to lose at this point and it would be the path of least resistance vs undoing all of that and having the dealer still not fix it most likely.
JSCAN and ALFA are both VERY easy to run off of your phone. JScan has a search feature and you can search ADCM and it will take you right to the module, I didn't mess with the VIN stuff only deactivate and reactivate. Alfa is fairly simple as well. Will it work for you? I have no idea but after running the recalibration multiple times through Alfa with no results, I ran Jscan once and then Alfa and haven't had any errors since. Good luck!

Heavens to Betsy but trashguy just solved my problem - it was IGLA related - installers need to tell people about this to save us and dealer service unnecessary headaches (no foot on brake till after code entered and get two clicks blinker lights!)

Yes, I believe it is $23 for a VIN license, but even in the demo mode which is free under adaptation there is a green search button in the lower right hand corner, typing in ADCM takes you right to it. You should have two options, clear VIN or ADCM on/off. I did the ADCM on/off.

This is how we advise customers to start a trx with start inhibit on. Its only the trx that does this and not all installers are familiar with a trx system. 3/4 of the vehicles I do are TRX models. Other installer might see 1 and the rest are gm, kia, hyundai ect

That would be the only difference than mine, it is a 2021. I don't know if anything has changed between those years or not. That and mine was on the ground when I ran the calibration in Alfa. Post back here what the dealership says!

When your guys message come on does it stay in or keep alerting you? I just got my 23 on Friday and it has notified me to service it on start ups randomly about 5 times since Friday. Message goes away and seems fine. Just curious if I need to bring it to the dealer when I get it back home from my road trip. Thanks

Mine only came on over significant bumps/rough road/ railroad tracks. Never at start up.

Update: Took my 22’ into the dealer with tsb paperwork and they did a reset and calibration on the control module. No lights since!

appreciate the response. I’m headed back to the shop and they are going to try and fix it. If that doesn’t work I’ll head to the dealer and have them recalibrate.

Any updates on how this was fixed. Just got my ECU back from HPT with the same message. Does AlphaOBD have the capability to fix this?
