@RamCares why cant you just tell us as owners of the TRX when the RFH lock will be available ?

IGLA installers punching air right now lmao
And why would we do that? You can lock out the rf hub from the factory, that isn’t going to stop your fob signal from being relayed/cloned and them driving it away in a few seconds. IGLA makes it impossible to start unless you have the pin or IGLA fob so no relay/clone theft and also locks the rf hub. Only difference is you can still delete and make new fobs if you have the pin… not punching air, ground, little kids or well, anything for that matter. Truth be told everyone that gets it locked out will be because its severely backordered for almost all models because they like to randomly fry, tazer loves shorting them out just by plugging it in right out of the mail and then the owners have to let their vehicles sit for a month or more waiting on parts. Those stealing them have been buying them up, then removed the locked out ones and putti g the new one in, pulling pin and then vin coding and programming them through AlfaOBD in just a few minutes. TRX is a bit harder but won’t be for long. The more locked out ones they run into the more they are going to adjust fire and then what, are you going to encase it in cement so it can’t be driven away?? 🤔

This is great news! They need to provide little stickers we can put on the side windows "RFHM Lock enabled" or something like that, so they don't bust the window out before finding out. :D :D :D
Great idea!!! Then they will know to not waste their time trying!! They will just come back with a fob relay/cloner and just press unlock on the receiver and just start it up and drive away.

Here we go again!!

Seems like you promote and encourage thieves to steal unless they ofc have IGLA!!

I'm not seeing any promotion of, or encouragement of theft. Where did you read that?
Everyone knows the IGLA or nothing salesman on here. Go to all the security thread that's not IGLA and you will see the same person mentioning all the alternative ways to steal if you don't have IGLA but never mentioning you can just tow a trx with IGLA. If he wants to go that route by mentioning all the possibilities and extremes then you can deff steal a TRX with IGLA too.

I was just trolling because I knew he will pop up in here doing the same bs lol

All his posts seem genuinely helpful though? I live in an area with a higher than average risk of TRX theft and found his, and other security experts on here advice invaluable in helping me decide what to do with my truck. Sure - there are a lot of 'security' options and nothing is 100% safe 100% of the time. But not all anti-theft measures provide the same protections.

The only thing to prevent ANY and ALL theft is a well fed, bribe proof trunk monkey.

I guess you can’t read and comprehend either. Stating facts is just that, facts. If you can’t handle it then do more of what you have been doing, not reading it. Show me where I have said to go get an IGLA. I haven’t. I simply stated that is only one way they are stealing them and will activate do nothing but cause problems later. Psst, don’t get an IGLA, bothers me none. I don’t make a penny off of anything I say on here, its actually quite the opposite, unlike you and the other ignorant ones on here always blowing a gasket because you have no idea what IGLA is or how to actually secure your vehicle I actually give a shit about other peoples vehicles. You think they only steal mopars?!? Or that IGLA only goes on them?!? Nope, all makes and models and I tell them the exact same thing I tell people here, how to properly do it and do it right. You sound miserable, maybe you need to get off the interwebs for a few days, you know, get refreshed, come back and actually ask what methods they use and how to prevent it. You aren’t towing an awd trx with parking brakes on and no way to put it into neutral. Its going to make one hell of a racket and everyone will see it. We also do full compustar so good luck with all of that.

Sorry for the dumb question, but the TSB says "2023 Ram 1500 Pickup" so is the RFHM universal across all trim levels, including the TRX? Don't want to visit the dealership and show them this TSB only for them to say, sorry - this doesn't work for the TRX, only applies to the Limited or Big Horn, etc.
Yes, all new model 2023 DT Ram 1500’s, previous model was DS.

Anyone can gain access to someones home by driving their truck through the living room window. Does that mean that you dont do what you can to prevent a thief from breaking in? Secured windows, doors, outdoor lighting, alarm system, boobie traps, attic monkey, etc

Do you have any theft prevention ideas that might help the owners in the group?

Not the brightest are you…. You can remove the entire drivetrain, all the wheels and it can still get stolen… you’re just being a petty child now. The point of an anti theft device is to prevent certain known ways of theft. That would 98% of the time be a digital theft, taking the keys, relay/clone theft, delete/make new fob theft ect… digital. You are speaking hypothetical things that are not going to happen unless they cannot steal it by any of the digital ways. Even then its highly improbable because dragging something in park is loud and very obvious to those in the vicinity. If you want to speak hypotheticals, I can come and steal your house… All of this is common sense… can I help explain anything else that is pretty obvious?

Yes absolutely correct if you loose them all or rf hub goes out. You loose keys and have just 1 you can still use it. That will cost you more than an IGLA which does the same and more. I can send screenshots of peoples bills from having to replace the rf hub and new keys (before anyone has a fit they were posted online in the forums…)
Here comes the IGLA sales pitch lol.

"oh and if you buy from me I can come personally install it for you" :ROFLMAO:

Bright enough to know the difference between "loose" and "lose"

That’d be super useful so I can make a more informed decision on whether to do this or go another route, thanks!
This is from the tazer frying the rf hub, it needing replaced, flashed, coded ect and then new fobs (exact same thing that would need to be done if rf hub locked and need new fobs) ba66ce98-a199-4264-bcff-4e54e18a7efa.webpIMG_2298.webpcf7ae7c0-efd3-4a29-bf13-8ee35abb7162.webp
