Hey I just order my 2022 fully loaded but on my paper form the dealer it doesn’t show the 19 Speaker Harman Kardon® Premium Sound or the Technology Group My dealer said that is because it’s included in lvl 2 trim for the 2022 I just don’t trust dealer with my Previous experience I gave them my deposit they promised me up and down it will have it can you please confirm if this is true? Or are the not offering these items for the 2022 model due to not enough parts? It doesn’t show it on my paper can u please help me

Absolutely! I am curious though, I assume there wont be a final date where the 21's are done and then 22's start. ie. with all the parts shortages etc. I can imagine they may have a 21 truck that is missing a part but have already finished another model like rebel, limited, etc. and will begin building 22's while still finishing other 21's

That being said, if there is anything in particular outside of what is normally posted with my daily updates that anyone wants to see summarized please let me know!

So, here is a week ending update on the 22 models. I had suspicions of this all year long, that the VIN's were assigned in large batches which would help explain why some members would wait for a week or two to get a VIN and others would get it right after submitting their order.

Obviously I was a little late to the party with my first scan so I can only state the 16th for that first batch of 51982 from my first full scan, but I will continue to run this new scan daily so we have an accurate account from this point forward. I am curious if we will see a similar pattern next week with the large grouping coming in on Friday.

The truck I ordered includes the Level 2 Equipment Group, the 19 Speaker Harman Kardon Premium Sound system, and the Technology Group. I spoke to my dealership yesterday and asked them about this memo. They are going to get back to me next week to verify that these packages are included in the Level 2 Equipment Group for the 2022’s. I will let everyone know what I find out. He said if Stellantis makes this change, it will show up on your invoice. If I no longer have to pay for these items separately, I asked my dealership to add the Carbon Fiber package to my order.

Keep in mind I mentioned canceled/damaged orders and there is no way to know that. The VIN doesnt go away because the factory needs to be able to keep record of the truck and it makes sense that wouldn't release and reuse a VIN that was already assigned to another order, it just never progresses far enough to actually get a build sheet so we will never see it past that point. As we get closer to the end that is a larger percentage of what is left. If we assume at this point that is more than 10% and then looking at just the past 2 weeks since the plant reopened, they are averaging 91 TRX's per production day the numbers line up pretty close so I still feel like it is a much better estimate than we have had up to this point.

Fyi I canceled an order in D1 and they used the same vin on a totally different truck delivered to another dealer network.
