Remaining 2021 and current 2022 TRX numbers

Again, just so everyone understands. Every bit of what I have said above is just an educated guess based on what I can find poking around public CDJR websites and nothing more. I have no connections to the factory or any additional information to go on other than what I discuss here so take it for what its worth.

How many different assembly plants will be making the '22 TRX?
As of now all TRX's have been built at Sterling Heights (SHAP), if I am not mistaken all 1500 DT's are built at SHAP and the classics (DS) are built at the Warren truck plant.

2500/3500 are built in Mexico.

TripleB I want to thank you for your time in doing this not so little adventure.

I ordered my 2022 TRX on 8/5, my sales guy has no VIN/VON at this point.
He did mention something about seeing the TRX at the dealer in about 90 days.
Sounds a bit optimistic.

Yep was really looking to find out if ignition orange was added yet but so far nothing.
Unfortunately, nothing in the VIN indicates the color so we cant tell that type of information here.

Congratulations on your TRX order man, keep pestering him until you get assigned a VIN at least, then report back here so you can get included on the daily update posts! (y)

I don't believe there has been any change to the reported 8/25 start of 2022 production so I think everyone is still assuming they will be done with 2021's by then.

That being said, there are plenty of reports of standard 2021 1500's getting canceled and resubmitted as 2022 models by the factory. Still no report of any TRX being canceled but those types of changes will effect the end/start date and it may overlap.
Thank you sir

Yes that is correct. SHAP was built to produce all of the DT 1500’s.

Hmm almost 1200 21’s left doesn’t seem doable in the next 10 days 🤷‍♂️

You must have missed the article on who Ram hired to get this done.

Triple B you the man and I think it goes without saying that you should get paid for this shit. I know you don’t want a dime but seriously a small donation from each member is the least we can do. Sure we don’t have to donate shit and that’s another beauty of the site, but damnnn man. I can’t imagine the hours and tedious work that goes into providing us solid information.

Yup, I’ve thought of this too. It really helped the whole waiting thing being able to check in here and see what’s going on. I know he won’t except cash, but if somebody knows him personally and can get a gift to him, if we all kicked in a few bucks, we could get him a sweet Timex or something.

I have a build sheet and a VIN....how do I get added to this "registry"?....and another question, how many TRX's can the make a day on average?

Got my VIN today for the 2022 order. Order date 8/05/2021 VIN 150709.

I'm in...how do we go about setting something up? Maybe there is something we could get him for his truck?
