Any suggestions for the Oklahoma City metro?

I have been using Bob Howard thus far (Wagoneer and TRX) but haven't had to do anything outside of the ordinary. I had Front/Rear Diff and Transfer case fluids changed on TRX and all went fine, thus far. All oil changes have been done correctly. They will top off intercooler coolant and anything else without a problem.. I see a ton of Hell Cats coming through there not sure about anything beyond that..

Arrigo Sawgrass - Mike (Ponytail) is the shop foreman there. There are a lot of guys that own Scat/Hellcat twins there that work in that shop.

Ive had them diagnose all sorts of odd crap in both of my Trackhawks and now in TRX.

Good to know. I had a brand new grand Cherokee SRT8 back in 2009 that I took there for some minor warranty work. When I got it back they had put over 70 miles on it! I went absolutely ape shit and they would not do a damn thing about it. They literally just shrugged it off and told me to go away. I have vowed never to return to that dealer since.

It’s in a small town and a small dealership so I was skeptical about taking it to them at first but my service advisor Joseph was phenomenal and took care of me and my truck after visiting the dealership 6-7 times due to water damage issues from a tint job. He covered it all under warranty and didn’t care about mods so long as they don’t directly correlate with the issues you may have with your vehicle.

I too can vouch for them. Took my truck in for its first oil change. They did it for free even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them. They said the wanted to earn my business and they have. They were very professional and I was out of there in just over an hour.

Thanks for the information. It is good to know there are still Service Departments that do excellent work. I have had nightmares with Fort Bend Toyota messing things up to the point I never take it to them. examples - forgetting to put the oil cap back, leaving tools in the car, and worst of all not following up on issues when I reported them before the warranty ran out. One of my co-workers said the same thing happened to him. In his case, they left an expensive Toyota proprietary tool in his truck, and even though he called to let them know...they never asked him to return it or send anyone to pick it up...it was as if they couldn't have done that....

Notes: Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff / service techs, they know hoe to work "with" the warranty, they have serviced and replaced parts on my vehicles that had custom motor work and were still able to work it into the factory warranty.
Quite a few people ship their vehicles to them just because of their top notch service.

Thank you for the info! I have been contemplating between Bob Howard and Bob Moore. Joe Cooper is closer to me, but I just don't feel too confident with them.

Had to have my heater core replaced due to a minor leak diagnosed by JP and was an overall great experience. Excellent communication and very knowledgeable as all of the TRX's go through his department (Freight). Also, had a Ram Bar installed while it was in the shop.

Will be going back at the end of the month to address the Driveline "Clunk" TSB as the kit had to be ordered.
