That’s a screen of a trx truck running 11:70 on the screen stock so people can compare when they do the race chip !! .. still confused??

This is trx forum , if you know about the truck u should remember what the screen looks like !! U act like I was posting something out of control , if it upsets u I can take it down I don’t wanna ruin your day !

I know what you posted. I have the same screens. It wasn’t clear to me why you posted it. I’ve never seen a stock truck run in the 11’s. That looks like a truck with a pulley. If it really is bone stock and the numbers are real, someone got really lucky.

If I want a before and after, I’ll use my own performance pages, as it can vary from truck to truck and location to location.

I know what you posted. I have the same screens. It wasn’t clear to me why you posted it. I’ve never seen a stock truck run in the 11’s. That looks like a truck with a pulley. If it really is bone stock and the numbers are real, someone got really lucky.

If I want a before and after, I’ll use my own performance pages, as it can vary from truck to truck and location to location.

True , u could use your own but I posted underneath someone posting their truck say 12:30 stock , mine is stock I just bought it couple months ago … I just got into this forum I still have to learn how things work on here , I seen his then posted mine , i figured anything to do with a trx is good to post up regardless the topic , I see guys posting about bmws and other stuff that has nothing to do with topic maybe you can forum police them to !.. and I just showed u something u never seen with a trx truck .. might be helpful to u .

I know we have a guy up here in Indiana who does a lot of RaceChip tuners. I know for a fact he has done one on a Challenger Hellcat and a TRX. He was installing it when I was there. Trinity MotorWerks . I will make a trip back by and get his thoughts on it now that im up here more

It’s 70 crank horsepower and 40-50 torque.

with a lower incognito pulley I’m told both together are seeing around 800 crank horsepower. That’s a nice bump but the pulley is a trade off to the piggyback as the stock tables pull a little timing and such with the extra boost. So they aren’t 1+1 additive. They’re like 1+.5.

The website does say 60hp and 40lb of torque for race chip ,.. no warranty With incognito pulley and not a lot of good things said about it , also very expensive for a pulley sleeve .

well I spoke with Jeff at Trinity late last week. He was itching to get out of the shop for the long weekend but he did tell me he has done two of the racechip units. One on the TRX and one on a Hellcat Charger. He did not have either one dyno'd but both customers seem pleased with the results. Said install was super easy and no issues on drivability. He has not heard any negative stuff from either customer. So , not much to report on this , but atleast sounds like legit based off this limited info

I have no idea how we would get to the sensor on the back of the motor in the TRX since ours sit farther back than a Charger/Challenger, specifically B2 in the picture. The other three sensors seem easy enough but that one would almost need a contortionist with extendable arms.

Nah. I spoke with them and with a shop who has done some. You have to do it by feel and you have to pull off the air box. Once all the plastic crap is off and the cross member is removed you lay your body across the top of the blower, think Superman flying, reach your right arm down and do it by feel. It’s not that bad.

Literally how I was going to try and describe it but couldn't quite get it there. Well said! That is what I figured just the flying blind thing is tricky but otherwise a straight forward install. I know you mentioned it not being 1+1 with the incognito but have you spoke with anyone running both yet? Between those and the ProFlex E85 conversion, A) I wonder if they all would play nice and B) if they it would be like 1+.5+1?

My guess is the pulley and the racechip might not play super nice since the racechip unit is designed for a stock application and power numbers . I’m sure they could make a file to work with the pulley however if there was a lot of demand for something like that I would think

No,

they are compatible. Race chip still uses the stock tables. The extra boost will proportionally create conditions for the PCM to back off some of the timing. I confirmed shops running both. Race chip is about 60 horsepower and 40 torque. Together they’re seeing about 800 crank horsepower.
