What's the PN for your replacement driveshaft?
Its not a replacement shaft for this issue.. The current drive shaft number is 53011135AF which is a supersession from 53011135AC through 53011135AE. If it was a supersession for this issue it would have been noted/updated in the TSB or have another TSB created for it. From our dealership experience and the experience of our forum members the new part number (53011135AF) does not resolved the issue.

Review this thread (and some others) on this topic and it will give you a better perspective on the scope of this issue. The actual "fix" has not been determined so no one really knows what aftermarket solution would work. (or if there is one) Some very knowledgeable people on here suspect the issue lies more with the spline coating than the actual driveshaft. Personally I believe Ram knows what the cause of this issue is but it's a mystery to the rest of us.
 
Vegas should definitely have a prop bet on whether the TRX drivetrain will have a fix for the “conversation stopping” drivetrain events before UCONNECT 5 has a software version with stability and reliability somewhere higher than “do you feel lucky to survive cabin summer temperatures in time to be allowed to adjust air controls?”

I’ve read this three times now, and all I can think is, “that must have made sense to you when you wrote it, but it’s complete gibberish to me.”
 
There’s a pretty expensive one from solis racing group but I don’t know of anyone who has tried it.

Good find. I am contacting them to possibly get a spec sheet.
 
I got a little more info on that driveshaft. The company that makes it is East Coast Driveline (link posted). There are three drive shafts available. Two in carbon fiber for just over 2100 and 2300 with different performance specs and there is an Aluminum option for about $1600.00. They do not supply the flanges so you will either buy it without them or you can send them yours to be put on. The slip shaft is Aluminum on Aluminum rather than the OEM which is Aluminum on Steel. They stated this resolved the issues with the driveline.
We all know that a new shaft or grease resolves the issue for about 3k miles so I asked the guy if he could reach out to a couple TRX customers to see how they are doing past the 3k mile mark. He took my email so I hope to hear back soon. But this seems like it might be a viable option

The aluminum one is compelling if it actually solves the problem long term. Carbon fiber, on the other hand, seems like a poor choice for an off road truck. Just takes one rock hit and it’ll turn into a very expensive broom.
 
Took my truck to the dealer today. The replacement boot only lasted 2 weeks so now they are ordering a new driveshaft. No eta and is back ordered. They put in new grease but that won’t probably last.

My truck was diagnosed with the clunk today (again). This is on a new rear driveshaft. 10,000 miles the clunk is back so the dealership is going to do the TSB Lube Job. I’m sure the clunk will come back. Just going through the motions to make sure everything is documented.
 
The fancy TSB Lube Job has been completed, and the truck is currently Clunk Free. I've got just over 23,000 miles on the truck as it stands. I'll be curious to see how long I go before the clunk returns?

I got between 6 and 7000 before the clunk returned
