Sorry about that. We have a set of rules to follow. Any damage not noted at the time of pickup is the dealer responsibility. The car has to be prepped and podded prior to delivery. A minimum of 4 miles has to be put on the vehicle. The podding is ensure there are no codes present, all RRT's have been completed, all recalls have been completed, tire pressure is set, and battery is charged. I never said I know more than other dealers. Just letting you know what is going on behind the scenes. Not sure if other dealers are picking up. It is open to many in the GLBC. They would be fools not to. Given we are about 20 miles from the plant and my entire neighborhood is made up of auto executives from the BIG 3, I have a little more insight than an out of state dealer. And I love the dealer I work for. Feel free to scroll past my posts in the future...better yet, I won't post anymore. Have a blessed day.
