So everything is the same, yet magically, a system that supposedly does nothing except inform dealers where the vehicles are goes down for over a week with no repair time estimate. Thus preventing people from calling them out over delays, since there is now no way to tell what those delays are.

Good thing I am not a conspiracy theory guy, otherwise I might be apoplectic.

Could be down or the system is so backed up that you'll have trucks staying in shipping longer than production and Stellatins is trying to mitigate the backlash.

I’ve read it’s a third party that does the VinTrack.

I'm an IT professional and I can tell you; it is not possible have system down this long. Nothing more than several minutes is acceptable in IT. I seriously think this is just a way for them to avoid constant customer communication and escalation issues.

One would assume they would have replication servers and VM backups but who knows.

I ordered a black TRX level 2 in beginning of January from Koons. With red stitching and moonroof. Was completed and in Shipping Stage 3/26. No updates since. Has anyone been getting their Koons orders?

I also ordered from Koons Jan 6th, black L2 with red stitching, shipped 4/6 currently in KZP
