Any idea what it takes to get them to give it up?It's not..they are just very selective in giving it
Dinner and drinks is a good start in my experience.Any idea what it takes to get them to give it up?
Geez…. Ignorance can be remedied, but you just can’t fix stupid.
I also ordered from Koons Jan 6th, black L2 with red stitching, shipped 4/6 currently in KZP

Good info. Here is the company that manages it. http://www.iclsystems.com/en . Guessing they are a much smaller company than they appear to be, probably had servers setup in their Las Vegas office. My dealer (Koons) reports that they check www.iclfca.com/webapp/dealerportallogin to get to the tracking status. Supposedly provides much more info than we mere peasants can access at www.iclfca.com/webapp/login.xhtml. However, that the root web site does still appear to be down, so the dealers can't login either. At least we can check ourselves if the system is even up, then go back to bugging the crap out of the dealers to tell us where our feckin' trucks are.
Otherwise, your first indication remains a call from the dealer saying," Hey, it's here."
You and I are same exact dates, even window sticker. Last day of my ETA was 4/22 and not a word!Be nice if they got this fixed. My truck is now a week or so past the estimated delivery window. I know most have had delays, but I’m just curious where it’s at this point. Almost 6 months into order, my parts pile keeps building.
I'm working in IT as well, I will definitely consider this when I'm about the have a relax, so nice, system down more than a week and nothing done. In my company 5 minutes down time you gonna write a report to upper level management...Good info. Here is the company that manages it. http://www.iclsystems.com/en . My guess is they didn't have proper server redundancy and probably no off site backup. Worse case if they had off site VM backup they could setup a AWS host and be back in business while they fixed everything onsite. They probably lost everything.I'm working in IT as well, I will definitely consider this when I'm about the have a relax, so nice, system down more than a week and nothing done. Maybe it's only dealer login are broken lol, and FCA doesn't really care about the dealer check order status(as long as they can still place order) .My guess is they didn't have proper server redundancy and probably no off site backup. The Rubicon VLS from what I understand does all the logistics after they are built. Manges where they are in the lot, schedules all the rail and trucks, and tracks them through the process. Having it down is probably a pretty big deal.Maybe it's only dealer login are broken lol, and FCA doesn't really care about the dealer check order status(as long as they can still place order) .
So does this outsource IT system.
LOL he is busy!I love how a truck shipping thread morphs into a debate on theoretical political concepts - if only Bambi were still alive to unequivocally destroy certain posters where they were in fear of ever coming on the board to post again![]()
how did it look after so long parked? scratches or flat spots on the tires?FINALLY took delivery yesterday. Ordered July 13th. Truck was built back in February, sat in the Sterling Heights lot for 6 weeks then moved over to Conner lot and sat for another month. My dealer (about 7 miles away from the Conner lot) got a note and were able to go pick it up. Was frustrating being being so close to where the truck was built but after almost 10 months later I can enjoy it!

Sounds like what happened to me with a July 16, 2021 order date. I had to call Stellantis and then the trucking company to help get it on rail and then truck off the lot to dealership to move it along. Sat at the plant like a month and It ended up taking a total of 2 months from plant to dealership pick up. Everytime I called and was able to get someone who actually cared, it moved on the rail or on the truck the next day. So persistence and asking questions and getting ahold of the right people help. My key thing was finding the trucking company after my truck sat 2 hours from the dealership for about 2 weeks. I have no doubt I'd be still waiting for my truck if I didn't put a lot of time in being Sherlock Holmes, lolWow that’s some bullshit! Glad you finally got it
How does one get ahold of the "right people"? Which I'm guessing right now doesn't matter since their entire logistics system is down.Sounds like what happened to me with a July 16, 2021 order date.
