How does one get ahold of the "right people"? Which I'm guessing right now doesn't matter since their entire logistics system is down.

zach said they have 2-3 trucking companies delivering to them... ask him for the 3 companies and call them yourself and check if they have your vin assigned or nor not..in case he wont give you their names here is one https://www.cassens.com/#/dealer-display and his dealer ID is 42023... @Neenah can give you the one he called to move his truck and you are left with one out of 3

Good question because my truck got on the last leg to the dealership the day the systems "shut down". I got lucky. Before then, the dealership guy gave me daily updates and gave me full access to the screens that showed vehicle location, real time rail points, everything. What was helpful was knowing the planned truck carrier company that would take it from the end rail yard to dealership. That's when I talked to someone there and my truck was sitting for a bit and they were able to move it out that night to the dealership. It helped telling them I knew a truck from the same yard, railed to yard a week after my truck arrived, made it to the local dealership a week before me.

Sounds like what happened to me with a July 16, 2021 order date. I had to call Stellantis and then the trucking company to help get it on rail and then truck off the lot to dealership to move it along. Sat at the plant like a month and It ended up taking a total of 2 months from plant to dealership pick up. Everytime I called and was able to get someone who actually cared, it moved on the rail or on the truck the next day. So persistence and asking questions and getting ahold of the right people help. My key thing was finding the trucking company after my truck sat 2 hours from the dealership for about 2 weeks. I have no doubt I'd be still waiting for my truck if I didn't put a lot of time in being Sherlock Holmes, lol

1-866-726-4636, that's Stellantis. Ask them to create a case # and call back like 30 times to finally get to a supervisor that can do something. As for truck carrier to dealer, there are hundreds out there so you have to dig yourself to find out. Either through dealership or Stellantis, but if all of the logistic tracking systems are still down, I'm not sure how you'll find that out.

I contacted ram chat on Saturday was still down obviously, but they said down for maintenance. I said down for maintenance for the past 2 weeks? “Please check back Monday” lol

Color is white, has tano cover installed, bed is lined, added off road side steps. Has added alarm if anyone touches underneath car it will sound. Only 8k miles 2 oil changes done at dodge. Tracking system is not totally stable yet either it would appear. Was up yesterday morning and this morning, but it was down last night.

Still, I would agree that only your dealer, logging into that system (assuming it is working at that moment), will be able to track it's status accurately. Although again, it is only as accurate as what has been entered into the system, which may or may not = reality.
