@ARInfidel why don't you go ahead and post up the email address to Tim, so all of us can send him an email, letting him know that another year of waiting is not what we had in mind, and why don't we just get rolled back to our original, purchased when we bought the truck, software.
At this point the tin foil hats are on, and there must be some kind of tracking software in the new version, that they are simply unwilling to revert us back to what we had before.
It's really a shame that selling your identity even in your vehicle has become such a lucrative business. Of course this is all speculation, but something has to be causing them not to roll us back. And telling us they don't have it anymore BS.

I honestly don’t know? They keyed in on my truck (2023) and while I mentioned several times it was all TRX year models, their reply was aimed at my year and/or all U-Connect 5 equipped trucks. In the end, they have given us some info, that at least I was not aware of, but obviously did not address all aspects of the problem. Only time will tell if they deliver on any or part of it??? I’m not holding my breath …..
2022 year models are just going to get Ads delivered to their uconnect systems. That is all.
Like someone else said. The update for any TRX won't come until they have another one for sale sometime 2026. If that even happens...

Figured I'd post video of the performance pages not working for @RamCares to see for reference. It'll either do what it does in the video clip, or I'll get a large spinning circle graphic for 2-3 seconds before it goes back to the previous screen. For now I'm fine trading the performance pages functionality for reliable Carplay...but I'd like to have both working as they did for the last almost 3 years before the April updates that ruined it all.So I factory reset my system a little over 2 weeks ago as it was basically unusable with Carplay and odd quirks. Things have been good so far. Carplay starts up almost instantly. Audio cut outs have gone away and the system is overall responsive. I still have the same issues regarding the Drive modes where I select a mode and it will default back to "auto" on the center display, but the gauge cluster shows the correct mode. I also can't edit custom mode.
One thing I have noticed is if I go Vehicle and then click "Performance Pages" I'll get a spinning circle that doesn't go away, or the screen will go right back to my Carplay interface. So I've seemed to have lost that feature. I'll trade that for Carplay reliability though for now.
Also, does anyone know how to get rid of this pop up. It comes up and will not go away on it's own without hitting the red X. Kind of annoying.
Well now mine randomly drops CarPlay. I will be cruising along listening to pandora over car play and using Google Maps and just like that, it craps out. I can’t just go to device manager an click the CarPlay icon to connect my phone. It says make sure CarPlay is on and in range. I have to do the reset trick with the knobs and after the system reboots, CarPlay will work again and typically for the rest of my trip. But it constantly does it on every trip now. 
Yeah, I'm with @BuckeyeROC, WTF is up with leaving out the 2021s (if they're having the same issue) and the 2022's? If you have a 2023 or a 2024, good for y'all being put in the t-box. I'm sure I'm not the only 2022 here, and I know there's some 2021 here too, and we could give 2 fucks about an update for 2023s and 24s.

My 2022 has had the same issues as many others here have reported, ever since an OTA update earlier this year.
