The price you pay for this truck, and the horrendous updates and ease of theft are comical. Then you get an email from Ram about the service of your truck, and the picture in regard to your truck aint even a TRX…not even your trucks trim. Comic book shit. I went from Ford to Ram…thinking it was a huge mistake, I think my gut was right.

Oh for sure it was. You seem more like a Mercedes guy. Silver. Never uses blinkers. White new balance shoes?

You got the bubble gutz if you think ford is better, go shit that out and come back when sense returns. There are some recent issues but nothing to worth jumping to a subpar truck.

Okay, I think I have it figured out. Even days are for the Hellcat and odd days are the Hurricane.

I should caveat my post with the following disclaimer:

As is the Stellantis norm, the launch of this software patch has been a complete disaster. We hate to have to say it, but our software programers are completely incompetent and all of this is subject to change at any time for any reason.

I have found two power button resets while driving seems to get me back the Hellcat engine graphics gains me the proper shift sequences and brings the suspension back to life. I have not had the messed up gauges or missing pages, so think mine just got the soft cold update instead of the full-blown aids one! Guess we will see what the end of the month brings that deadline coming up @RamCares

Yesterday, my system took about 5 minutes to boot up, never got a full load of all the pages, and the 2 windows it showed for my Android GPS and radio station danced on the screen. Then the camera system locked up.

For those customers who are also receiving the U35.26 update, this campaign had initially been paused to help stop the AOTA update that caused the RHO graphics problem. The FOTA campaign has been restarted to customers who were paused at the T branch of software to make sure you all are up to date.

The specific AOTA fix for the graphics is still forthcoming. We expect there may be some of you that experience the same thing other customers experienced in July, where the TRX graphics return for a short time and then revert to the incorrect graphics. Again, timing for that specific fix is scheduled to complete for everyone by the end of this month.

As some of you have also noticed, we do expect 24-48 hours, or several key cycles, for the FOTA update to fully sync, for AOTA to occur, and for all features that may be affected during the update itself to restore. This is normal for FOTA updates across all of our vehicle lines/radios.

They should rename the official update to U35.26FULLBLOWNAIDS

Same here. Had the bad graphics for months, but the dance party started Saturday for me. Sometimes the resets work.

Oh boy, my rear glass started to leak again today while washing my truck. It's already been "fixed" once. The dealer managed to smear the sealant all over the roof and I had to clean that. I think I'm going to cut my losses and sell this thing and get back into a sports car.

what version is everyone on now? My 22 just updated from FCA-MY23.T27.46-PROD to FCA-MY24.U29.44-PROD sometime over the past week while it was in the shop. Its buggy as hell and I keep getting an error on screen saying that installation failed

27.46 is what im still on that shouldn't have had issues but mine now does. The one your on is the bad one if I remember correctly. In another thread on this is the updated firmware number for the fix but it is buggy as well. So far they have not fixed anything and we were told end of this month but they always like to add that non committing subject to change bullshit. Great way for a company to say fuck you without saying it!

35.26 is the latest firmware. IMO, it's not buggy, but without the associated AOTA update it cycles back and forth between the RHO and Hellcat graphics and incorrect gauges.

So far I can force reset it to the TRX package but will only work in drive then everything is fine until I shut the truck down for several hrs.

Nope. I can't find any way to determine which AOTA is currently loaded.
