Or they want to just get the message across! Things don't get fixed when you sit down and shit up like a good little citizen. Change happens when we say NO, fuck you, it won't be this way anymore. That got lost on America somewhere along the way. When you are not happy with something you say it to who ever will listen. When your options to express disappointment are so limited and it seems that no action is being taken to rectify the situation at hand. One may get spirited in their responses as the frustration has done nothing but grow. Time we get back to telling the multi billion dollar companies to fix the bullshit instead of telling people to be less upset their stuff is fucked up.

Stealerships have earn what they are getting. Sure they have bosses that set policy but they contribute to the problem too. I don't have access to the big bosses so the front line folks are going to hear it. Beyond that, the only way I can really complain is not buying from them again.

Absolutely they can contribute to the problem, I agree. Thats why I put in parenthesis in my first post, "without them deserving it." If they've earned your ire directly, thats different. We should make some noise where noise is due, at the appropriate amount. There are influencers like Butter, Motivator, and others that can help us with this as well.

But if someone is one of those that walk into a company (or call) and say "Customer Service rep, the product that your company makes has the wrong graphics in the software, f&*^ you because this is unacceptable, you should be so shamed of yourself and your company, they have failed so miserably that I demand you fall on a sword in front of me", maybe they should find a healthier way to work off aggression/anger.

I agree with UnloosedChewtoy, I think enough stink has been raised on this topic. Hell, I even made a few comments more to be funny than anything. I think I was more upset that Ram Cares didnt respond to me...lol. This will take time, but I'm just curious. Are people having problems with their truck because of this update or is it that the graphics are incorrect? When mine first did it, it acted glitchy for a day or so by the input for the radio would change or something along those lines. As far as the truck running and driving, I don't notice a difference. I wonder this because I'm pretty much stock, no Tazer, didn't change any settings other than tailgate warning and amber DRLs thanks to jimmy07 for detailed info. Didn't change to make it 2 wheel drive, no jumpers to keep hood lights on, or anything like that. So if other people are having issues other than it showing an RHO graphics, what are they? And could something like a Tazer be causing some of it because it doesnt agree with the update. Once again, just curious because honestly I don't go into the pages much and probably wouldn't have noticed it but for this thread. I feel like it will be corrected at some point, hopefully soon. I just hate the fact that members are getting on one another in this post over potentially graphics. I do agree to let them know how displeased we are, but personal attacks I don't feel are necessary. Like I said, I'm just curious if I'm missing something.

What I’ve experienced so far and documented on the phone call from the rep that Ram Cares setup for me:

-Glitchy black screen
-Volume on radio goes haywire and I can’t turn it down from loud...takes about 10-15 seconds for the volume knob to react (not every time)
-RHO Graphics
-Drive modes revert to auto every time now so I’ve just given up and adjusted auto to my liking
-CarPlay disconnects and can’t find phone, have to remove and repair
-Alexa widget apps won’t go away after deselecting them as a favorite
-Steering wheel heater has 3 bars on it in main screen but from top left climate shortcut shows one bar (this can confuse the customer making them think there’s a low medium high option)

All in all these are little things but I miss the previous version that was more stable.

Thank you! Now I have an idea what to look for. I really only drive it on the weekends and once in a blue moon to work, I believe I would have to hurt someone badly on the jobsite if they ran into it...lol

This brings up a good point. Seems like a lot of you do not daily your truck. Out of sight out of mind. For those of us that drive our truck everyday it is very annoying. Not the end of the world, but like I mentioned prior, seems like this issue could have been completely avoided in the first place. We should've never received it.

You’ve been told several times a fix is being worked on. You’ve been told several times the update has been paused and why some trucks are still updating. Yet here you are, still complaining like a toddler. No amount of bitching is going to cause Ram to magically shit out an update any faster.

Yes, it’s inconvenient, but guess what? The truck still fucking rips and does what it’s supposed to do. You’ve got an incorrect image and a few glitches. Take a breather, I promise everything will be alright.

I've never used factory navigation. It might be the cheapest, least visually pleasing nav I've ever seen/used. Always use CarPlay. It's honestly pathetic this is the navigation they picked.

I liked the pre-TomTom Navi in the FCA vehicles, but I agree that the TomTom Navi is complete sh#t. I also use Google Maps in AA anyway but going with TomTom, the stand-alone GPS market loser, was likely another lowest bidder, cheap out by Tavares.

Yeah, so on mine the second screen completely disappeared. Doesn’t even have the option to switch back and forth. It only displays one page. I cannot view these three gauges.

Mine was doing this intermittently. Some days I would have the second page and some days I wouldn’t. The last week or two I’ve consistently had all the gauges.

That went right over ya! Thank you for the clarification definition noone knew. Funny because someone talking about it on here or as you call it bitching is the only reason they seem to know anything about this. It is not right that anyone is experiencing this, just glitches or possibly more won't know until someone unfortunately has to find out. Which they made more frustrating because they locked everyone out of changing anything. They tell you it's not messing more up but could be lies to save face. Shit like this happens and continues to get worse when we got a bunch no problem take all the time man going on. Sometimes you do have to say NO get it done. These are not fresh startups they are multi billion dollar companies, they are only understaffed and incapable of fixing things if they made it that way. You can let them sand it up before they jam it in if you want not my style to take it. Just remember to breath it will all be alright. Getting hot out and my can-am is calling. Im going to go have some fun in beautiful free America. You do the same!

I was just reviewing this thread to download TSB 08-157-25 and noticed that @GeorgiaTRX quit this forum. He must have followed through on his threat to buy a Raptor R because of the RHO graphics on his performance pages. Maybe @Dudebro can check the Raptor forums to see if he showed up there. If not, I'll see if I can get his pic up on a missing persons milk carton.
