Push and hold the volume knob for about 10 seconds until everything shuts down and then just let everything reboot and the gauges will work after that, for a while anyway

Yup. And you can call ram cares, customer service, anybody you want and they're not going to fix it. So we are stuck with rho programming in a TRX and there's not a thing you can do about it

You can't turn it off. It's not Wi-Fi it doesn't no matter what unless you remove the telematics module

Well, as of today my truck identifies as a RHO. Apparently, the update wasn't halted as @RamCares indicated.

I was so pissed, I stopped by my local Ferd dealer to look at Raptor R's. They have one inbound at $25k over MSRP. I'm going to pay it, because I'm so pissed. I'll never buy another Ram product again!! Then I stopped at my attorney's office because I'm filing a class action lawsuit.

BAZINGA!! Nah...I really couldn't give a shit. I'll add my VIN to the long list and just wait for the update.

I read somewhere that tavares had outsourced programming. So they don't have the people they used to have writing code. I'm not sure if there is any truth to it but seemed plausible to me.

I knew they didn't stop it and that my truck has been rejecting it. Almost every time I shut the truck off now the screen pops up to have me update. I keep saying NO, hopefully my TRX holds out!

Hope Ram fixes this soon. They say it doesn't but my fear is that it is messing with more that just displays.

My software overall did not update (still 27.46) but my "app" updated, I have RHO graphics now as well. One more for the list.

Soon as from now, not from then. This should have been fixed day one. Hell it should have never happened in the first place. I just hope all effected get their rigs updated in a timely manner and that others stop getting this one. We should get to choose when and if we update and if we don't like the new update go back to what we did. You are correct a firm date from @RamCares on a fix would be nice. But they also said this stopped going out and people are still getting this shit. I'm not sure how much we can trust them now. This is like a bad april fools joke they can't seem to debug!

I'll have to check my software version. I assumed it was 29.44.

Edit: mine is also on 27.46. Other than the RHO engine graphics, I've been getting these two screens when listening to SiriusXM, through UConnect. It's also very slow to load when you select another station. Also, traffic is not showing on my maps unless I drive more than ~20 minutes. I'm going to send these additional bugs to @RamCares.
