Long Crank / "Two-Turn" Cold Starts: The in-tank fuel pump module contains an internal one-way check valve designed to keep 58–60 psi of fuel pressure primed in the rails when the engine is off. In affected trucks, this valve develops an internal leak, allowing fuel to drain completely back down into the tank overnight. When attempting to start, the engine will crank for 4 to 6 seconds or fail the first attempt, then fire immediately on the second push
