Flush Mount/ Integrated LED Light bar for TRX front bumper.

There is a discussion on here about which side the power cord should exit from. The install video shows it coming out of the passenger side. Some are being delivered, mine included, with the power cord coming out of the drivers side. Which side of the housing should the power cord exit? The install video shows it coming out of the passenger side. However some units, including mine, are being delivered with the power cord exiting the drivers side. One forum member said this made his light shine too high and he had to switch the lights to make the power cord exit the passenger side to get the light aimed correctly. What is the official word from Oracle on this?

To clarify this, the beam is a spot output, so it's going to give you the same beam pattern regardless which direction it is mounted.

Same thing happened with mine. I sent oracle a message. I’m pulling it off for now - the warping makes it look like it doesn’t fit the truck. Looks like shit really.
If the housing is bowed it is likely overtorqued, back the bolts out a half turn and it should go back to the correct contour.

Multiple owners have said the gap is not consistent. Some days it’s perfect and some days there is a large gap. Sounds like warping from heat right?

Do the lower grill flutes really have that much of an effect on light transmission if mounted behind factory grill?

There is also going to be a variance in the exact position each person drills into, this variance is on a surface with graduating radiuses on multiple planes. Depending on the exact position of the light torque plays a major factor on the alignment of the surfaces.

This is polycarbonate with a heat resistance of nearly 200°F very unlikely its heat related.

@ORACLE I'm happy with mine great product ‼️ installation was a breeze‼️
FYI for anyone that needs to remove the screw covers to adjust alignment you can just stick a razor blade or something really thin along the edge and it pops right out no need to drill a whole in it‼️🤦🏽‍♂️

I might go the Fab Fours route again or just put the Radiance bar behind lower grill with the Rock lights in upper grill like I did on my F-250.

The whole setup looks good, thanks for sharing!!!

That's interesting. So even if I remove the bar and flip the light module in the housing, the beam pattern will still be identical? I was concerned mine was assembled wrong, since the power cord comes out the back of the driver side(and the install video shows it comes out the passenger side). And someone else posted on this thread that there's showed up like mine as well, and their beam pattern was up in the trees. And they went on to say they removed the light bar, flipped the light module around and reinstalled, and the beam pattern was fixed to a normal level 🤔

Here is a link to the post by @beachsickbud on this thread, where he even said Oracle Tech Support told him to flip it around:

Mine was also on the driver side but didn't notice my light up in the trees ‼️ Mines is fine‼️

I noticed that I had moisture in my Oracle light bar the other day. Apparently this is “normal” and on the back of the light bar is a vent you can open to let moisture out. I had my installer take the bar off and open the vent today, and a couple hours later the moisture was gone. That lasted for 20 minutes until I washed the truck, and it was back again. On top of that two of the small lights in the middle of the light bar don’t work.

I figure I have two options at this point:
1- Try to go through Oracle with warranty, ship the light back, and then wait for a new light bar that’s on back order while having an $85,000 truck with holes in the front bumper.
2- Put a different brand light bar into the Oracle frame.

I ended up going with Option 2. I have a Vision X Light Bar on order that should be in late next week.

I don‘t bring this up to bash on Oracle, the mold is great. What I would suggest is before you install the light bar is open the vent on the back so the light can allow moisture out.

It’s my mistake when I decided to buy the interior full kit from oracle, and that is because they are taking too long to deliver it and they still didn’t even ship it even that they have received the money.
Hello, replied to your DM with the same information but the interior kit was a pre-order so, yes, you pay for it then it ships when the product is ready to ship. This was explained on the thread and on the site and that is why there is a delay in the shipment. If you have any questions about your particular order please reach out to the office directly for more detailed info 800-407-5776 or [email protected]

Hello, it is normal for surface moisture to accumulate especially after washing the vehicle. If you turn the light bar on for 2-3 min or just let it evaporate naturally it will clear on its own. Opening the vent will dissipate faster but not necessary.

We have experienced delays (like many other companies) in materials, shipping issues, etc which caused some delays on our end. You submitted a request that did not get a response? I agree that is no good customer service! Could you please DM me the detail on this lack of response that you received so that I can look into this for you? All requests for updates should be replied to within 1 business day.

That is understandable but to keep pushing back dates for over 3 months? I mean that just don’t make sense! So either you are saying something to get orders and then paid before the product can be made. It has went from March to April to May to now June!!! So bet y bad practice to say you will be shipping the middle of May to customers if you still don’t have the supply’s to make it!! Horrible experience 🙄🥸 My company would be out of business if this is how I treated my customers! It’s either no ETA on when, but don’t lie to keep having orders placed! Just my two cents!
