Had this Peerless Double Oaked on the shelf for over a year…finally got into it last night. Worth the wait.

Picked up a few new bottles. Tried a new store 40 minutes away from me. Had some tough to find bottles. Already tried the 2 Rabbit Holes! Love them! Especially the high rye Heigold. Don't mind the mess on the countertop! The island is a catch-all! Cheers!

I was in the DFW area today and decided to try something out of my norm. Normally I would buy a new tequila because high proof whiskey/bourbon just doesn’t sit well with my palate. I decided to try something closer to the 80 proof tequilas I normally drink and grabbed a WhistlePig and Dalmore. I popped open the Dalmore this evening, and it certainly fits my palate better. I’m excited to try the WhistlePig for the Super Bowl.
