Bed storage idea’s

I don’t have my truck yet but for items like straps and cleaning supplies why don’t you guys utilize the floor compartments in the back of the cab? Is it not practical or too small?
No your right there floor compartments I can use for maybe my ratchet straps and some stuff. But for larger stuff needs to be in the bed or even my windshield combo ice scraper/brush that’s to big used to go in my under seat storage.

I wanted to keep as much of my bed space available for my motorcycle, so I opted to go with Builtright’s Molee Panels. In tandem with their clasps, you can affix pretty much anything. I know it’s not really a storage solution, but you can definitely clasp the Jack to it very securely. Just an outside the box suggestion.

That looks great and seems so functional. I've literally been researching after seeing your post. By any chance do you have more overall pics of your setup? That would be awesome if you could share.

Does this count as bed storage?

Would that Builtright system work with a Bedrug ? I assume it would but ..
Yes. I had that setup on my Raptor: Built Right molle panels over top of a full bedrug (mat and sides). It takes some time to get it all installed well. You'll want to take your time. But the result is really nice. It's essentially a huge trunk for your truck.

On my TRX I went with Built Right panels and just the XLT Bedrug mat. My fishing lures kept getting hung in the sides of my bedrug on my Raptor, and I never utilized much value in the sides of the bed being padded, so I decided to go with just the mat on the TRX. So far that's working well.

I have this and it works well. The price is good. It just adds a lot of weight to the tailgate.

So how do the swing boxes actually fit? Do you have to screw into the bed?

Thanks, I will take some more pics very soon.

What is this called? I need to look into
It’s made by huracan fabrication out of Australia.
What do you keep in yours?
Mostly soft/light stuff because it probably bounces around a lot. I have recovery straps, bungies, gloves and some other random things.

Couple questions for those that have decked.

What's to stop someone from just removing the j hooks and stealing the entire decked system?

How does the decked system work with the factory bed tie down rails?

Thanks

I do not have Decked but
1. Wouldn't they have to get your tailgate open first?
2. Anything can be stolen with enough effort. The only way to ensure something isn't stolen is to not have it.

I don't know, that's why I'm asking. The j hooks are what seem to keep it in place and those are accessible from the top without having to open the tailgate.
