I feel your pain.

I reached out to RamCares, if I don't get any visibility into what is wrong with the truck, I am walking away. I had my eyes wide open that I was buying a first run truck, and walking into Fiats notorious build quality. You throw in the lack of communication and it should be embarrassing to them. My last Ram was a 2004 1500, and even with some of the issues it had, I always said Chrysler had the best customer service. Looks like that has all came to an end. I am reminded of that every time I put my 2021 Rubicon in reverse and the back-up camera randomly does not work. It does not site right with me a truck has been in QA for a month, am I buying a pre determined lemon law vehicle.

When I was a bit younger and out drinking with friends, when someone mouthed off to a friend of mine, they were going to hear about it from me. It wouldn't ever happen again. I was probably out of line once or twice with my reaction....
