DEAL $9000 off MSRP is back @ Granger Motors

I am in flight to Des Moines now, from Atlanta. I ordered my TRX 11/5, it came in 2 weeks ago, but I was in Cancun all of last week. I have, and have had, MANY ordered vehicles over the years,… Corvettes, BMWs, Trucks, Jeeps …..The entire process from start to finish with @Zach@Granger and Amanda have been FIRST CLASS! Did I have to wait 4+ months to get it…yep.…but the entire experience has been seamless.
The deals that they are doing for folks are incredible. #grateful

Great to hear that you've had a good experience. Unfortunately, mine and many others who supported Granger with early orders have had a different experience.

Now at 232 days since my order, 40 days since WS.

Still crickets from Iowa...

Wait, The dealer is filling out and signing their own performance evaluations and sending to Ram, acting as a consumer? What does RAM have to say about this?
This has nothing to do with Granger, but I purchased a wagoneer from a local dealer in November and got a very similar email. I though it was super strange and it annoyed me. Turns out it wasn’t the actual survey and I received the survey in my email a couple days later to complete. I’m not saying that’s what happened in the screenshot from fifty’s post, but it does look very similar to my situation.

Everyone is delayed. Jeeps, Fords, Chargers, Challengers, everyone is stuck in shipping.
The union contract doesn't allow anyone but union drivers to deliver to the dealer. Even if the dealer is a 5 min drive , dealer can't pick up the cars. There's a driver shortage and unions won't allow Stellantis to hire 3rd party delivery companies. Granger can't do anything about it
Head over to jeep forums. Some are stuck in shipping for over 60 days

I picked mine up on Monday and drove it back to Houston. Ordered in November, WS on 2/19. I had my delivery window pushed back a few times to 4/1-4/16, but actually got the call from Granger ahead on 3/25. So hopefully RAM is able to beat some of y'alls delivery dates as well.

To @Zach@Granger (and Amanda, Shelby, and Rendi), thank you for the service and the opportunity to purchase at such a competitive price Painless ordering and extremely fast and efficient process picking the truck up when when I got there. Yes it was a long wait, but that's the case with any dealer.

The only downside was the 30+ minute wait for an Uber at the Des Moines airport. Was definitely not a ride-share friendly location or time of day. Ended up waiting and finally getting an $80 UberXL for myself. There was a slight scratch on the driver front fender, likely from transport, but the team was quick to agree to cover that.

I also pointed out a small blemish in a very similar location and they didn’t hesitate to say they’d cover it as well.

I'm a 7.7.21 order. 3.31 WS. No BS yet. With the shipping delays I think I might get close to a 1 year wait...

Please have more clarification to your post. It’s so vague and doesn’t give a good explanation. It leaves so much up to interpretation.
When your said you had a “shit” experience, it seems likely you are probably one of those people that just can’t be pleased and complain about everything.
My personal experience at Granger was one of the best. Everything went smoothly and there was absolutely no funny business. I would not hesitate doing business with them again.
I have a full thread about it.
Dealer employees forging documents, running credit after payment, charging multiple hours for a PDI…
The PDI never occurring.

Filling tank with 87 octane from gas station accords the street that only sells
87 Oct.

Truck not starting next morning because of the fuse issue. Leaving me stranded 1700 miles from home. And the dealership staff would immediately put my call to voicemail. Then they wouldn’t return the call until after 1 pm, which was almost 5 hrs later.

But really, forging signatures on documents is enough to complain about.

You sound like one of those people That think if they kiss a companies ass hard enough in a forum that they will get a discount.

. . .preach it Brother!

A number of years ago I got banged up pretty bad working for Uncle Sam.

My neck had a bunch of damage to it. But two days ago it finally gave up the ghost. So I’m in excruciating pain and dealing with socialized health care system.

So I’m a little more grouchy than normal.
I apologize for any insults I posted today and for the insults I’ll be posting for the next few days.

. . .no apology needed - you mean them all when stated.

Im pretty sure I received the same discount you did. So I didn’t kiss their ass any more than you did.
I leased a hellcat and only filled it with 87 octane for 30k miles. One little tank ain’t gonna hurt shit.
If you have any legal recourse you should pursue it and stop complaining about your petty issues online.
Granger is an honest and trustworthy dealership. Some people are always gonna find something to complain about.
Maybe if you behaved better your wife would up your allowance.

If anything , granger is micromanaging too much. You'll always have the endemic complainers, people that are not happy no matter what you do for them. Granger should do what Chapman does and stop posting anything. Would they have less customers? Heck no. Ppl would still want their discounts.

Lolz sally learned the search function. Bwah ha haaa.
But you read the wrong thread.

“I filled my Hellcat with 87 Oct for 30k miles”…. All that shows is you’re a dumbass cheapskate.

I hope you live close to Iowa, sucking ass over the Internet never gives the results intended.

Keep on keeping on sally.

Huge shout out to Granger! The entire order process was easy. They picked me up at my hotel in Des moins , We Looked over the Truck with the team, handed finance a check for exactly what was quoted and headed home. Had a great 4 day road trip with my son that I will remember for years. I Would have never bought a TRX at Cali prices. Thanks for helping make it happen Zach, and putting up with us Crazy Forum people!
