So why isn't "dropped off in KC, waiting on transport truck" KZU? That's where mine is as well and Zach's status shows me as KZT too.

Possibly. I know they're doing their best to keep up on orders the day they get dropped, but some days we're seeing 15-20 sold orders drop between Stellantis and Ford.

@Zach@Granger any possibility that Ram would implement a "first in - first out" strategy on the 3 trucks stuck at the rail yard since January and February? Seems like a simple fix. Very odd that a couple trucks will sit at the rail yard for months, while trucks that arrived just weeks ago get picked-up and delivered.

You went to D1 on 2/17/22 with an ESD of 4/1/22. The latest file shows you went to F status (paint) on 4/4/22 with an ESD of 4/7/22. Hopefully that's better news than you were expecting.View attachment 38754

All good man. I used acrobat’s search function (after creeping on your VIN from the tracker) and luckily the data was there, it had just been covered up by an overlapping column. Then I matched up the location of the bulk of the information with the ESDs that printed all wonky. #NRDALRT

That latest list is showing everyone’s VON number, it appears the vins have been cut off in that column.

My baby finally arrived today, ordered 8/17. Delivered straight to my work via Stopwatch who was great to work with. Thanks Alyssa!!!

No complaints about the entire order/purchase process, Granger did everything they should have and made it very easy.
This truck is WOW! I work at a Ford dealership so everyone was pretty impressed with the TRX when it arrived. Pretty funny since I deliver Raptors for a living.
So far it’s a dream come true. Thanks to this forum, without it this would not be possible.
