@Zach@Granger we have heard the trucker shortage union giving problems etc. Since that route is going no where I mean trucks sitting 40 days+ already built not moving what so ever what other avenues are being taken to get these already built trucks out to their owners? Waiting in line,allocating parts, building the truck, and having it inspected SHOULD have been the hard long wait. What other means are y’all doing in order to get these trucks moving?? 40+days??? Where exactly are these trucks stuck at?

Last week, Granger told me it'd be early April delivery but no ETA, yesterday Ramchat told me ETA is April 11th-19th. Hoping nothing changes because I'm so ready and excited for this truck. Lol

How many times has your eta been pushed back? Mine is on number 4. Just be prepared to be disappointed.

I m having a bad day and this was the straw that broke the camels back for me.

I had a shit experience with granger. Everything from they signing documents on my behalf with out my knowledge to charging me extra money for a PDI they never did… and more.

After quite some time of trying to get someone from granger to even acknowledge they screwed up, i had to post on this forum. That finally got granger to want to talk to me. I spoke with @Zach@Granger on the phone and he assured me that these things were 100% wrong and they would be corrected.

Looks like they are up to the same old shit.

We can deal with lead times, as long as it is justified. It doesn’t excuse delivering trucks out of order. There’s no reason why one truck should sit at a rail yard for over a month while others arrive later and leave before.

We have almost identical schedules.

I'm a 10/05 order, 3/8 BS and 3/26 WS (dated 3/14) with a current ETA of 4/11 to 4/19.

At this point I'm not expecting it to show up anytime soon.

Picked up my truck today!! I followed the break in procedure on the drive home and haven’t quite hit 500 miles yet, but I can already tell this thing is a beast! Overall I was very pleased with the team over at Granger and wouldn’t hesitate to order again from them in the future. Can’t wait to floor this bad boy!

Finally! Congrats. This process is definitely a lesson in patience. As soon as I turned it on and leaned into a few turns I forgot about wait…I hit 500 a few days ago and it Has been quite fun. Enjoy!

It seems like there are mixed reviews about wait times and delivery. Not to fuel the flame but I just got word from Granger that my TRX will be delivered to the dealership between 4/11/2022 ~ 4/19/2022 and my WS was created on 3/28/22. It was a super simple and fast experience so far but maybe I’m speaking too soon

Wait, The dealer is filling out and signing their own performance evaluations and sending to Ram, acting as a consumer? What does RAM have to say about this?

Please have more clarification to your post. It’s so vague and doesn’t give a good explanation. It leaves so much up to interpretation.
When your said you had a “shit” experience, it seems likely you are probably one of those people that just can’t be pleased and complain about everything.
My personal experience at Granger was one of the best. Everything went smoothly and there was absolutely no funny business. I would not hesitate doing business with them again.

Another update about Granger. I’m price locked for my 22 OCTOBER TRX order. I was going to sell my 20 Raptor outright as I never imagined they would give me a good trade considering the deal I’m getting. For the hell of it I sent Finance my trade info and they came back and offered me damn near what I was asking in a private sale. Other than the long wait for the truck I’m very happy so far.
