I don’t have anything bad to say about granger at all it’s ram at this point. Like I said how can a Truck go from D1 back to D

Everytime someone says even something remotely bad about the dealer people freak out. Is there fear that Granger will track you down and punish you regarding your derogatory comments on the TRX forum? Maybe send you back to D from D1 or from BS to D1 or D? The dealer "deals" with the customers, they are the current face of the brand. They need to deal with the issues, complaints, concerns, name-calling...whatever. It's their issue. They have the communication lines to Ram. I can't call the TRX factory and ask WTF is going on with my build. With the current technology and logistics Ram knows exactly why your build went back to D from D1 and no estimated shipping date. Pass the info on to the order-holder....and the dealer should do that. Then figure out your supply chains. Its been 2 years since the pandemic started. Figure it out

Nice. 12 months sounds about right for when you put the deposit in. Wait time is now up to 15 months (not sure about Criswell though).

Yep wait times have definitely increased. I think it’s going to get worse with the C8Z production as well. Hadn’t heard of that forum. I’m just here and on the Corvette Forum. Same user name. I was a Mustang guy first

Not trying to pick a fight here, because I agree that this is the way it SHOULD work, but what should the dealer do when they use their lines of communication to Ram to get information and Ram gives them 1) an unhelpful generic response, 2) the cold shoulder, or 3) the finger?

I got some outrages estimates, 2500$ average on Uship. Granted I was vague with the dates as truck is in transit still.

Ok Im in Azusa mine us also been completed and just waiting for it to it to ship to the dealer ship and its also like 3-4 weeks out. Did u already get a price and shipping time from pick up to delivery?

got quoted $2,650, and delivery time I didn’t get, assuming 5-10 days depending on the truck they use, I’ll ask now

An updated POC from Granger would tell you or the summary PDF that Zach posts periodically. If you are past KZP you should have an ETA. If you’re still KZP, it might be time to be a squeakier wheel with Ram.
