I drove my 21 CTD 2500 1500 miles from Phoenix to Iowa to get our TRX from Granger (ordered 10/28/21') from a 'better than fair' offer.

$1000 more for my trade (six other offers around metro-Phoenix. Literally took longer to swap luggage into the TRX than complete paperwork + download the RAM app/get a quick tutorial.

Was the most seamless purchase ever (including fleet account vehicles). I really wanted the crescendo/excuse to road trip (took our 5yr old) and their offer added to this memorable adventure.

After six months of waiting so far, I keep telling myself it’s worth it for the $14K off of the new MSRP. Can’t buy a used one anywhere near that.

I’m feeling the same way. My October order is finally in the shipping status but who knows if it’ll get there on time. While I’m still waiting for an allocation for a C8 that I placed a deposit on in April last year

definitely not a parts issue. One of the best moments was when I had an ESD (I think it was 2.7.22) and the day prior to it I got kicked back to D status hahaha

Same thing happened to me. I had an ESD of 3/12, then I was 3/16, then I went back to D. who knows how long I've been sitting back in D...I assume I went back to D status 3/17 and I will stay there until I get notified I go D1 again.

Man, that's really unfortunate. I honestly didn't care when it comes in and apparently got lucky. I only ordered level 2 and carbon so maybe that's why? Now that I jinxed myself my truck will probably get stolen from the yard or fall off the train

Talked to Amanda the other day my order went from D1 with en estimated ship date of 3/25 back to D with no estimate. Really discouraged by that. I’m trying to time selling my current truck and it’s maki g that very hard to do. I’d trade it in but my trade in offer was very low. I just wish D1 actually meant they had the parts to build the truck

How far in advance did you get a trade in offer from them? My truck has a window sticker and is in route to Granger but still waiting back on a trade in offer for my 18 Raptor. I am in the same boat as you and either want it sold before the new ride comes, or a fair trade in.

Sorry to hear all of the issues you guys have been having with getting your trucks delivered. I was one of the lucky ones and my ship date only got bumped a couple of times. I received the truck last week and it is a beast!

Overall Granger was amazing to deal with! MSRP on my truck went up $5k+ since I ordered it and they honored the original price. Amanda and team usually got back to me within 24 hours of my emails... I definitely would order from them again!

Also, Fisher Shipping did a great job. The truck was picked up and delivered within the window they gave me and their pricing was pretty good(not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either)! Also, no extra miles added to the truck but they did burn a little fuel leaving it idling while moving cars on/off the transport hah.

You are lucky man. I ordered a month before you and my build date has been pushed back almost 3 months. My truck is now scheduled to be build April 8th. Let's hope that sticks and I can begin the wait for delivery. Enjoy the ride!!!

exact situation I went through. I too am trying to sell my Raptor and have talked with multiple dealerships and private parties. I have multiple offers but don't want to get rid of my daily too soon. Weather isn't nice enough to drive my other ride quite yet. Hard to get answers from anyone.
