The hilarity continues!!!!! My ETA got pushed AGAIN now 4/4 to 4/18. Still sitting in the railyard in Missouri. History is now as follows
2/22- 3/9
3/7 - 3/21
3/15 - 3/21
No ETA
3/21-3/29
No ETA
3/29 - 4/6
4/4 - 4/18
However, I am very glad that many of you have had a good Granger /Ram experience.

If I don’t check mine then that means it hasn’t moved as well, right?

I am not checking anymore. They will call me when it arrives. Strange, but I really am actually losing interest. After waiting 255 days since my order was placed, its probably a coping mechanism.

Yep, mine slipped to 4/6-4/18 as well @Zach@Granger is it possible that the lot could be full and you guys are putting a hold on transports until it clears out?

When were you built? Sounds like it's at Granger. They are probably overwhelmed and will call you when they can.

I’m as patient as can be, I work in the auto industry for a Ford store so I definitely understand. I am also jealous of all the inventory they’ve been able to get from Ram. Lol

Their lot is big. It’s not full. Again, once it gets to them, it really was a great experience. So quick and painless. Out of 40 cars I’ve owned, this was the smoothest dealership process I’ve ever experienced.

FRACCCCK! Amanda just called me and my truck was stolen. They are fast tracking my order. Granger has been top notch to work and has absolutely no liability in this. But common Stellantis...WTF. You know this is a problem, fix it! I hate thieves, they really are the lowest POS. Ok, rant over. Again, I appreciate the communication Granger has provided throughout the process.

More proof they are not doing "first in - first out" at the rail yard - seriously @Zach@Granger - there has to be someone who can do something to get the trucks that have been sitting at that rail yard over 30 days picked up before recently arrived trucks. 255 days and counting since order date. "We have no control over the process" might be true, but someone has to be able to fix this.

Agree, there has to be something that can be done for those of us in this situation.

It was built waiting for final inspection I believe…so stored somewhere outside I think? I am guessing with the key in the vehicle.

Im sorry to hear that! My truck was one of the ones stolen from SHAP early February and granger fast tracked my re-order. Re-ordered 2/16 and I had a WS 2/26 so it was definitely fast tracked! Hopefully yours gets rebuilt quickly as well!

Thank you @Zach@Granger for having your Regional Rep look into the situation at Volz rail yard. Not sure he will care enough to do much, but it's a nice gesture. Hopefully someone can work on getting "first in - first out" and get the trucks that have been sitting there for over 30 days delivered to your dealership. Taking 60 days to deliver a truck from SHAP to IA really should be unacceptable to someone at Ram.

258 days since order date ..... ETA Hx 2/22-3/9; 3/7-3/21; 3/15-3/21; No ETA 3/21-3/29; No ETA; 3/29-4/6; 4/4-4/18; and, 4/1-4/18.

Mine was also 4/4-4/18 on Friday and 4/1-4/18 this morning. Hoping that means something good!

A bunch already just sitting in the railyard. 100s more incoming. Getting them to the rail yard not a problem. Getting them out appears to be the issue. The older arrivals appear to be parked in. Newer arrival getting picked up while the trucks there since February sit.

That’s what I’ve read. Definitely sucks. Evidently they need to figure out a better way to stage the trucks for delivery. It’s obviously not working.
