DEAL $9000 off MSRP is back @ Granger Motors

We have quite a few orders from before our October special start date that are still waiting in D status. I believe somewhere around 60 in total.

Yes, you can get an estimate on probably 80% of our orders. There were a few that weren't all that updated. I don't know that I have much faith in it at this point. It seems that the estimate is not all that accurate if you have a level 2 equipment group.

Again, I would encourage anyone who has speed of delivery at the top of their priority list to order a Non-Level 2 truck. Every single one of those trucks has been produced or is gatelined for production outside of 3 that were placed within the last week. 16% of our level 2 orders have gone into D1 or been produced. That is the million dollar question and the one I don't have an answer to is why some level 2s get production more gquickly than others.
good info

is there any chance these orders don't go through for whatever reason? I mean you got 60 trxs in the lineup.... would ram just say we need to distribute the next 3 months of orders to the more broad dealer population and not send 100 trx's to one dealer?

I mean the bigger the dealer the bigger pull they have to get orders right?
also - were you able to find a build week?

Update: Signed and paid up! Waiting on VIN. Amanda has been great so far. Great communication.

who's still waiting for june/july order?
Me here. June 16 and going crazy watching the recent orders slip through like nothing out of the ordinary. I’m also a level 2, red and the trailer reverse steer option so I have everything going against me right now. It truly sucks but I’m price protected and don’t have to drive it thru a winter so there is that positive. Plus, my kid isn’t getting his license til after mid-late February depending on weather and test scheduling. So he won’t get my current car til I get my truck. So, ideally, I get it by mid-March.

I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas!

Here's an updated D1 list.
We have 7 that just got delivered here. 31 in-transit to us and these 72 that are now in some stage of production or gatelined for production. We've seen some go D1 then revert to D status, but hopefully most of these stick.

As you can see, if you order a Level 1 truck, you are going to go D1 almost immediately. If you go Level 2, then your guess is as good as mine.

The average MSRP of our vehicles that are produced or scheduled to be produced is $84,700. Average MSRP of our vehicles that are in D status are $90,700. Trust me, Ram wants to make the more expensive trucks because they want a higher transaction price, but chips are causing the delays.

The level 1's that are getting built, how are they optioned? If I select level 1 and then select safety options does that cause any delay?

I was about to pull the trigger and change my L2 to 1 and add park sense, surround view cams, blond spot detection....that and what comes in the L1 was really what wanted anyways. There are a couple other guys that did that and went D1 within 30 days through other dealers.

Sadly, brunette spot detection is lvl2 only.
