DEAL $9000 off MSRP is back @ Granger Motors

I just wanted to give a big shout out to @Zach@Granger and his team. I just took delivery of my 22 lv2 from Granger that I ordered on 10/23. It arrived in Socal by transport last night in pristine condition and looks amazing. The transaction could not have gone easier or smoother. I didn't have any of the dealer related hiccups others have posted about and communication was always timely and accurate.....at least with Granger. Ram on the other hand...their coms suck ass. Thanks Zach, the truck rocks!
Great to hear. My truck is supposed to be picked up by Stopwatch today. Delivered to Oregon by middle of next week. I’m hoping for a similar experience.

So….VERY HAPPY FOR YOU!!!! Want to make sure you set your expectations haha. I think mine shipped some time mid March and it made it to granger this earlier week… Shipping is the last of the torture phase tho….keep thinking positive and buy more stuff while you are waiting!! I had to get a temporary storage unit for my collection of stuff.
Shipping is not the last torture phase. Having your camera system fail after 2 days of ownership and not being able to update your software to fix it is the next phase.

Just had trucking company pickup truck from Grainger. Very disappointed in Grainger truck has 60 miles on it and the odometer statement said 11. I was told the truck was ready to ship on Tuesday. When driver called an hour out was told the truck wasn't ready as they had not installed power steps yet. I ended up just having them put them in the back and I will install. Hopefully they refund the money they charged for installing them. Was told by driver there are scratches and several chips in paint. Don't waste your money on the paint protection and undercoating. It looks like my 7-year-old grandson sprayed the undercoating as nothing was masked off just spayed on everything including the shocks with runs everywhere. If I could have gotten any one to take my call at the dealership, I would have probably had them keep the truck and refund my money. Very pissed off!!
I know dealerships I have bought from before that won’t put 4 miles on a 50k truck just because people like us don’t want other people joy riding their property. My paper work said 13 miles but the truck had 23. I don’t know if they had to drive it off site to put your coating on, but that would be my guess as an outsourcing. Not sure where it would go unless it was Des Moines. Mine also had 5hrs of run time which is a fuck ton of idle time and that was at the dealership. I said something about the gas gauge not being full and they said that’s just how it is which is bull shit and Ram reimburses them for that fill. I filled it up and it goes below the full not above. With it running for that long you would think they would have found the $7k in scratches inside and out. They are agreeing to pay that I made sure to get it in writing but not a rental or gas for me to dive it 400 miles round trip to get it fixed as there are no good shops within 100 miles of me. At least they aren’t requiring me to have to go to an approved body shop like with the hood alignment and fender foam issue. They refuse to pay to have that fixed by the body shop. I have the same issue most people do from the factory where the driver side is high next to the a pillar and low in the front. That would be another 400 mile round trip to get it looked at and then come back to get it fixed. I don’t get reimbursed for the other 400 mile trip for taking it to the nearest dealership that won’t joy ride my truck when they should be working on it. Thank ram app for informing me that was happening with boundary and speed alerts. They should have in 5 hrs of idle if the truck the wireless charger is defective and won’t easily charge larger devices and overheats any device you put on it. Should have found the touch screen was defective. Those are on back order with no eta. My floor mat is warped on the front passenger side and it was obvious and easy to see. Idk if anyone else got lvl 2 with carbon fiber, but I would expect the Parton the steering wheel to be flush with the wheel and not raised on the sides and digging into the pad and Alcantara on the bottom. Not gonna lie I have high expectations. I know they saw this stuff and didn’t do anything about it so it has become my headache and inconvenience to deal with. For whatever reason they piped the hood and checked the intake cover cause that wasn’t put back in the back holes properly and was only snapped in on the front. They could have taken off the blue tape from the top of the supercharger. I can see other people are having that issue and talking about it. I wanted and asked for high res photos and videos before driving 2k miles one way to pick it up but all I could get was blurry thumbnail. They probably don’t wanna do that cause they know these truck looking used up like hookers in Nevada. Bull shit they don’t have nice cameras or the time. They had 5 hours or more time to do stuff. The transaction process was very smooth and quick for a dealership. They don’t try and sell you on $1500 scotch guard like some other do as well as other ridiculous up sells. The warranty they are putting out in a different post is something no one else is doing and they are even working on a warranty/performance package. It’s hard gripes and I know the alternative would be my truck sitting for months waiting on parts. When it comes down to that reality I’m sure most people would rather enjoy it in the meantime than for it to sit for months on end. After all most of the posts on the epic thread consist of dude where’s my truck. Btw Stellantis is coming out with an order tracking feature. I hope they add pictures and maybe a birth certificate or something.

So big thanks to @SexyTexyRexy, @H60Driver as this was in my mail today…. Coincidence? Nope…. Exciting News: Your Ram is in D1 status and has an estimated SHIPPING date of 5/31/2022!!
Nice 5/31. Looks like I was close. I haven’t received any notification of mine yet so I’m assuming I am still in D status

Did it have scuffs or scratches on it like others are saying is happening?

Definitely optimistic giving 2 months. I think you got the jump on me with your adds…. 😉 too funny. only thing I have so far are the mud flaps, mostly for the drive. You’re right tho was waiting just in case, now I can start. When you get yours you have to do the “got my truck” post’. Gives us all hope.

I found scratched UNDER the small black hood scoop decal, so I am guessing most of the scratches on these trucks are occurring during assembly or in upfit.

I am sure the Mopar bed liner guys are super careful when they cover the truck to avoid overspray...............old dirty tarp with rusty sharp grommets :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just shared my experience with Granger so far and my truck hasn't even made it to detail yet. The Ram app shows the truck has 42 miles on it while the ODO disclosure said 15. Again hasn't even left the dealership yet. Now hearing about the scratches, this is going to be fun!

Truck arrived. Order 2/1. Got called by Financing today. Looks like I can pick up the truck after next week.
Overall very quick turnaround so far :D
For F sakes.... I've tried to be patient, but over 5 months now since my order and its gone D1 back to D :(

Have you

Have you reached out to Granger to figure out what's going on?
Unfortunately Granger doesn't control what gets built and shipped :(

I work for a global Equipment Manufacturer so I get the challenges, just continues to get more frustrating when there is no rhyme or reason to the build order...
