I ordered Nov 4th , level 2, pano, white... went back to D for a third time, I feel you pain.

There are actually 14 trucks that went back to D status from the last update sheet. But I am the winner of the oldest to go back with a 215 October order! Granger is doing all they can, it's just a crap shoot...

It was all through the dealer. Parts sent an email once the truck was built with a price list of stuff they offer.

I just emailed back saying I want the steps and they had me sign something. They’ll just add it to the final price.

I had an early November order as well. My truck was built and ready to be shipped in March. Then some scumbags stole it while it was waiting to be shipped. My order was cloned and I was told it would be “fast tracked.” Well, it’s been almost 40 days since it was stolen and I am still D status. I don’t blame Granger…out of their control in my opinion. I read other members whose trucks were also stolen, were in fact, fast tracked. But another member whose truck was stolen when mine was, is also still sitting in D status as far as I know. It‘s a damn crap shoot.

Once you receive a VIN, it will be a 22.

Last year they didn’t convert 21 orders to 22 except for a select few Canadian orders I believe. If you order a 22, chances are you are getting a 22.

Have you heard any updates on if you went back to D1 yet? I noticed 3 of the 5 in that list are "PSC" (Billet Silver). lol did they run out of paint? haha idk

I had a great experience picking my truck up from Granger today!

I flew in to Des Moines and was picked up by Chip who also picked up a couple of Ford buyers. Chip communicated with me on Friday to let me know the plan and then I texted him as soon as the plane landed. It’s about a 25-30 min drive to Granger Motors from the airport. Chip filled us in on some history of the area as he’s a native.

Once at the dealership, Britney met me and took me to my truck to go over features. She helped get my phone paired and ran through the system. She had already set me up in the Ram app so she showed me how to use it also.

I walked around and took some photos of all the TRXs before being called in to speak with Catelyn in finance. I only had a couple of documents to review and sign as I financed through my local credit union. She told me about the deal on the Mopar Factory extended warranties but did not try to push or up sell anything. In and out in maybe 10 mins.

@Zach@Granger , you have a great team working for you and they all had positive things to say about you. Honestly one of the easiest and best experiences I’ve had buying a vehicle. Oh and the striping of the grass next to the lot looked fantastic!
