2027 Ram TRX Orders/Allocations

Ordered 6/24 and still no VIN. I think most people who has a VIN now has the Black color since that's seems to be the color they are building the most of now. Every 27 ive seen show up at dealers is all Black

I’ve seen a couple of VINs that just went D1 in non-black colors. So it appears they’re going to start regular production in the next 2 weeks or so.

Yeah. If that's your driving force you better get one off a lot. Even those who have a VIN today are garueteed nothing in terms of delivery date.

Some trucks spend months in a mysterious purgatory. Look at reports from a few years ago. BS to WS. Best case, same day...some guys had trucks sit for many months before leaving. No one really knows why.

I mean there has to be atleast ONE sitting on a dealer lot that may possibly be discounted… I just need it to be ONE lol

What do you mean regular production? Like ramp up the TRX volume they will be pumping out?

I ordered on 6/30 and was in BG till the 11th (when dealership gave me my vin and showed me on paper I'm in D status.) I haven't gotten any updates since the 15th from dealership.

I’m sure you will soon in the next week or so. Did you get yours with towing technology? Just curious to know if anyone that has gotten their VIN, are the ones that didn’t get that option.

I did not add any towing package stuff.
I added off road style steps(same as RHO ones), bed cover, hood graphics (dealer snuck that one in so now i need to order RHO hood graphics), panoramic roof.

Got my VIN a couple weeks ago. Only options are beadlocks, running boards, and hood graphics.

I ordered mine with every option minus the Bloodshot Edition and I got my VIN on the 10th. (Placed order on the 1st of July) Haven't seen an update since though, but my dealer also has not really been checking in...

On Autotrader it shows like 50 2027 TRXs nationwide arriving at dealers…

Are these not allocated for?

I was under the impression that zero TRXs will ever hit dealers for sale for the first 6 months or so….

There are many allocations that are in the dealerships that are for sale. I scored one about 10 days ago that I found on Facebook! It is currently getting wrapped with Matte PPF and tintat the dealership!

I don't think so. The problem is hunting and pecking to find one. And, it seems like they are being trickled out slowly. So, you may make a round of calls, but the next day or week the landscape has changed. You are in a rather unique situation by needing one by EoY. Doable, but you will need to expand your search area. Perhaps nationwide.
