I’m not sure why, but the Rambar hasn’t been an option since MY24. There have been about 30,000 RHO’s built since then, and not a single one has a Rambar from the factory.Does anyone know if there will be a ram bar option for the new 2027 Truck?
While a supercharger does help with altitude loss, it can only spin as fast as it’s mechanically limited. It is not like a turbo which can just spin faster to make the correct psi.Tfl tested a fresh truck and got 4.6 recently so it’s not looking so good. It was above sea level but shouldn’t affect a supercharged car too much.
Testing below sea level can really affect the 0-60 times, especially if not using a snorkel. It was above sea level but shouldn’t affect a supercharged car too much.
El Centro, California is 60 feet below sea level and it's a desert.Testing below sea level can really affect the 0-60 times, especially if not using a snorkel.
I know, areas near Salton City are about 300' below, and Death Valley is down a bit, too. But that's not exactly the norm.El Centro, California is 60 feet below sea level and it's a desert.
Wiring for useless tech and nannies?Where is all that extra 300 lbs comming from?
I have always known manufacturer posted times to be slower than actual which would be amazing!
My best run (before putting all my shit in it) was 3.9 seconds. I’m closer to 4.5 seconds now (I have a lot of crap in my truck). That’s still pretty quick for a full size truck on 35’s. That said, none of the reviews on the 2027 model make me want to change vehicles. I’m good with my pedestrian 702hp and UConnect 4!Except for the '21-'24 TRX. Ram claimed 4.5 seconds. There are plenty of guys getting as low as 3.7 seconds.

Bombay Beach on the 'eastern shores' of the Salton Sea is 223' below sea level. Was too focused on the native sites and very eccentric residents to perform any performance testing during the heat of Summer too.I know, areas near Salton City are about 300' below, and Death Valley is down a bit, too. Well, you wrote "slower times" but meant "lower times". That's confusing enough, especially since "slower" would normally be speed related, not time. That's what I was saying![]()
Used to go to Truckhaven a lot, but visiting Salton City was not high on the list of things to do.Bombay Beach on the 'eastern shores' of the Salton Sea is 223' below sea level.
